Great service and huge smiley welcome

It was great to be back at Crowne Plaza Jeddah Corniche after exepriencing a couple of other hotels in Jeddah. Crowne Plaza is by far the best hotel in town with very friendly staff, good and secure location and good food.

Crown Plaza Issues with water temperature for showers and baths

As per the management policy at the hotel the Hot water temperture is set very low, thus if you wis hto have a hot shower or bath it is not possible. Many perons complained to the management and staff but no action. If the client wants a low temperature then no issue if the hot water is higher the control/regulater in the shower or bath can control. The issue is where there is no hot water then there is not choice and whty will not reutrn to any Crown Plaza in Saudi Arabia as this is the second time in different hotels this has occured.
