This hotel has the best staff in Lafayette. They always go above and beyond, and are always courteous and eager to help.
The only disappointment in the stay was the quality and selection of food at[More] breakfast.[Less]

Hotel staff was very receptive and friendly. Although I made my reservations late and only about 10 mins from stopping, everything was in order and waiting for me when I arrived.[Less]

New Holiday Inn Experience
Overall great hotel. Being a new hotel everything was great except for the time it took for breakfast to get out. We had to cancel the order.[Less]
My friend and I only stayed here one night. But we were so pleasantly surprised by the accomodations. We new that it was a new hotel and had only been open a short time. They had everything possible[More] to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were exquisite, the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed sometime at the bar and dining facilities. We would love to stay here again.[Less]
This is a beautiful hotel.
This is a new hotel that's a little hard to find, but it's worth the look. The lobby, restaurant and rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We had breakfast and dinner there and the food[More] was good, and service was wonderful. That's fortunate because there aren't any restaurants in the area.
My only complaint is that the bed was very high. I'm a senior citizen, and only five foot one. There was no way I would be able to climb on the bed without a step stool. I find this to be the norm in hotels these days, so I travel with my own step stool. I get that hotels want 18 inch mattresses, but why don't they consider that not everyone has the dexterity to climb on a bed that high? Why hotels don't order low profile box springs is a mystery to me, and I'm sure to senior citizens who travel across this country by car.[Less]
