Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very welcoming to us and our pet. We had a wonderful, restful stay at the Holiday Inn. Our room was beautiful and the view was outstanding. The staff was welcoming to us and our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were lots of comfortable pillows. The cleaning staff was great, everything was spotless. We loved the location, it was easy to find everything we wanted to do. We are looking forward to many return visits. October 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Stay On business. The hotel and staff were excellent. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast every morning in the restaurant was great. I would recommend this hotel to any business traveler coming to the Myrtle Beach area. October 26, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Place To Stay Found this Holiday Inn to be a comfortable place to stay. The staff went out of their way to help with any problem if there was one. The rooms were clean and quiet. The pet friendly part was a little to much when I saw a dog sitting on a chair in the restraint being fed by the owner out of a bowl off the table. Ate out after that! People walked their dogs on the grounds in front with nothing to use to pick up the droppings. Only served breakfast and dinner so if you were at the pool or ocean at lunch you had to go out to eat. Never got any recognition as being a IHG Rewards Club Member. October 25, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor property and I will not be back The overall condition of the hotel has dropped significantly from my visit last year. It appears that maintenance is non-existent and whatever maintenance/repairs that do occur are of poor quality and effect the overall appearance of the room. My room had broken furniture, nearly inoperative balcony door, the bathroom was in the poorest shape of any hotel I have ever stayed, the ice machine for the floor was inoperative, and I could go on and on. The end result is that I will not be staying here again and do not recommend this hotel. This hotel is not the standard I am used to when staying at a Holiday Inn. October 23, 2014

Cody continues to be MVP of this property, and is a huge reason we don't think twice about returning time and again. Have to say we still strongly dislike the 40 pound dogs all over the place, but we have accepted that this will not change under current owners. October 21, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Great I stayed at this hotel because it is one of the few pet friendly ocean front rooms available on the beach. The property is nice enough and most of the staff was very friendly. The room was filthy. When you travel with a pet, you expect to pay more. This hotel charges $100.00 (no matter the length of stay) to justify the cost of "deep cleaning" the room after a pet stay. I am hard pressed to believe that the room I was in has ever been deep cleaned. The rug was just gross, the bedding stained and so much dust in the curtains and air conditioning system that it is literally all I could smell. I always carry cleaning supplies when travelling with my dog " just in case" and i ended up cleaning the room enough to make it tolerable. October 20, 2014
