Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Great friendly and helpful staff, pool area was great but gym facility was not fully furnished access to beach was excellent over all the hotel was in excellent condition and clean , if there was a problem it was location it was hard to find it , outside sign is small and not very visible from the main road. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great vacation! Great view, not crowded on the beach, and plenty of room at the pool. Music for the weekend holiday which was great! Did not like that smoking was allowed at the front entrance or the pool area. A smoking location should have been provided away from the building. I don't want to walk through a bunch of people smoking and smell like smoke before I get to my non smoking room. Other than this, we had a great stay. September 3, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great all around stay We have stayed in this hotel every time we travel down to the area. the rooms are comfortable, and clean. the views are fantastic (Ocean side), and the employees are super friendly. There is nothing that do not like about staying here. Do yourself a favor. try it once. you will not ever look anywhere else in the area to stay. September 1, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Struggling staff This hotel was in a great location. Just south of Myrtle Beach, but quiet with a nice strand of beach to play on. The staff seemed to work very hard to tried to make guests happy, but I feel that their hands were tied by management. The lobby looked nice, but our room was old and worn. Some of the towels had stains others had worn spots that were so thin you could almost see through them. We had to take the top sheet off one night for a dark stain on it that looked like it had been washed a few times over, but did not come out. Our toilette broke, and it took 3 calls with 3 visits before we gave up and just stuffed towels around it to stop the leak since we were leaving the next day. ONe day the cleaning service didn't even bother to clean our room, and when we called to the front desk they didn't even know if any of the cleaning crew were around still. The one tey found told us she was supposed to be off and was trying to go home. She also told me that they didn't clean our room because we had a "Don't Not Disturb Sign" on it. That was a lie because I had to ask for one, and told the cleaning crew we were leaving and the room was there. I am a Platinum Member with IHG and this is by far the worse of any hotel I can remember staying in. I would not stay here again, nor would I suggest anyone else. August 29, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location We had a great experience, The hotel had plenty to offer, the staff was great, Phillip was outstanding taking care of our needs and Debbie in the lounge did a great job. Shelly did an outstanding job, I am an early riser and she had my coffee for me before the restaurant opened in the morning. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this property to anyone who travels to Myrtle Beach. August 29, 2014
