The Staff was very nice. The room was clean. the only thing I had a problem with was with the shower and the sink because it drained really slow but when I told the staff the next day. I had to keep turning the water off because it was backing up in the tub. It was put on a work order so hopefully it was fixed.

Just really enjoyed this hotel stay. Small and cozy......not real large and I liked that a lot. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed breakfast every day looking out the windows and being right on the beach...loved starting my day like that. Service from our waitress was awesome, really wish I could remember her name. Will be staying there again when I move down to my new place in Murrells Inlet later maybe in May.

As indicated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I was a "guest" as I took the time share experience which was to be 2 hrs. and it turned into 3 hrs. That did not make the stay as good as it could have been. What was promised, did not happen as far as having another couple. They booked a room for themselves as I was under the impression we would have the experience of the Resort not the hotel.
The room was sufficient for my wife and I - another couple - no way!!!
Other wise the stay was to some extent relaxing and plesant.

The beds are alittle hard, but ok. I don't think they clean the rooms as good as they can. We found someones Visa gift cards under the coffee packets in the room when we first arrived. Also toothpaste on the hair dryer.
They are pet friendly and i had dog hair stuck to the bottom of my feet. After that i wore sandles when walking on carpet. I wish they had non pet rooms to offer for people that have allegies. Other than that it is a good location and easy access to beach.

Overall everything was most excellent.
The business center didn't meet my requirements, but the staff was very helpful in accessing equipment that did meet my needs. (Thanx for that assistance!)
I highly recommend this hotel for those interested in a nice quiet stay at the beach. I didn't have time for leisure, but if I did it would definitely would have been a great place to make daily sojourns from.

This was a disappointment. The hotel is lovely on the ocean but the bed was soft and lumpy making a good nights sleep impossible. The rooms are smaller than other Holiday Inns we've stayed at with very little space to unpack and it was difficult to find accessible outlets for charging a laptop and 2 phones. We were not greeted as rewards guests and when we mentioned it were told H.I. no longer recognized rewards members with anything other than points.
