Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Could be a top hotel, but ... As a Priority Member I always first look for a HIE. I found it somewhat stiff to talk to the counter people concerning availability versus price. Also being a Priority Member appeared to mean nothing to them (no welcome gift f.i.). One morning I noticed, that staff was leaving the breakfast service room with fresh fruit for themselves, while the guests were deprived from fruit! Still, as a whole the hotel very well suited our purpose and could have been "a perfect location". February 18, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by NEEDS TLC Staff and room were only fair. Closet door broken and toilet did not flush properly. Needs some TLC. Beds and pillows were not as comfortable as we are used to from other Holiday Inns. Breakfast was OK but have had better at other Holiday Inns January 7, 2013
