I wanted to write a quick note to thank the staff and the duty manager who managed my checkout today at the Amman Intercontinental (I think his name is Ramzi). He handled a small issue with grace and
I left as a very happy client.
I stayed at your hotel from Sept 14- Sept 18, 2016, as I always stay at the Intercontinental when I visit Amman. The service and rooms were, as usual, very satisfactory.
However, on this business trip, your staff at check-in, offered me the use of the business lounge for a fee. I was happy to have paid the extra amount as the lounge was superb. I wanted to thank your staff and particularly those who were at attendance at the business lounge for their courteous and exemplary service. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was able to hold all my meetings in the lounge where it was quiet and your staff served coffee and snacks whenever needed.
I do not know their names (I should have asked) but I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of them. They are obviously very well trained and they seem to like what they do. They made my arduous business meetings a little more pleasant.
I want to also thank the chef who made small inspired snacks. I had the chance to try out the evening dish on two occasions and they were both very tasty and nicely presented.
So, a big thank you! I usually complain if something is not right, but this time, it is a pleasure to be able to thank a hotel for a very pleasant stay indeed. [Less]
