We took a half board package in a deluxe suite as a half term treat for my family. The quality of the room was superb, exceeding many other competitors in the area. We elected to take the dinner from [More] room service to avoid a late timing for children which worked very well. Good selection, excellent quality and ample portions. If any comment it would be the master bathroom is enormous, but without an additional WC. Personal choice though. Staff were extremely attentive and informative. All in all i cannot recommend enough. The staff is very hospitable and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. Was surprised that the pool is not temperature controlled. The gym is great. Quite disappointed with the TV. No [More] international channels!! No international channels even in the bar!!!TV facility in the room & bar should be the same as in Crowne Plaza Qurm. They have Bien sports all channels. How come you too have Bien sports but only two channels!!!! Could not watch Australian Open. Please upgrade the channels.. No glasses in the room to drink water...are we supposed to drink direct from the bottle. [Less]

The hotel was excellent however I always class my trips by how well you are treated by the staff and I could not fault any of them. They could not do enough for me and if there was a problem, I had [More] one, they squared it away in mega quck time.
