Latest Osaka Hotel Reviews

Comfortably stay
By Shiru
We loved our stay and our 10 months old daughter loved it too! Definitely book there again when going to Kyoto and recommend to friends! [Less]
Very comfortable and clean room
By Mari18
The room was a very pleasant surprise as it was obviously recently refurbished with new furnishings. It was extremely comfortable although I did find the mattress a bit too soft. I was also pleased [More] with the Nespresso machine and hot water kettle. What I thought could be improved would be to offer English language television channels with movies etc. This would be most appreciated especially when the hotel lounge and other restaurants are closed due to the COVID 19. Rundown on the outside, but nice inside
By Dyson
Been using this hotel for over twenty years now. Rooms have been updated and the staff are very friendly. The food is great, especially the Chinese restaurant which was recently renovated. The [More] downside - presently irrelevant amid COVID-19 - is that the gym is wholly inadequate and being placed next to the pool (very humid environment). The equipment is also antiquated to the point that they are rusting. Hopefully the pandemic will offer the opportunity to remedy this shortfall. [Less]
great breakfast and warm heart staff

In spite of a crazy busy trip I could breath a clean resort air in Osaka. [Less]
Wonderful Hotel with an amazing team
By 3203
No words can describe how lucky and amazed I am to get the experience at Intercontinental Osaka hotel. Well designed room and excellent service, what more can you ask from a hotel. Definitely my [More] number one choice of stay in Osaka. [Less]
Nice swimming pool
We had a nice experience during our stay. Especially, a swimming pool is an excellent condition. Water transparency is like a crystal. I have never seen such perfect condition. I recommend you [More] go to the swimming pool during your stay. You must be an amazing experience. [Less]
Grateful for flexibility
By Cat8
We had a one night stay to take a break from shielding elderly parents from COVID-19 and to belatedly celebrate our anniversary with a gift card we had. The card was for a dinner buffet but dinner [More] wasn’t possible due to our circumstances and the buffet was closed due to Covid. We very much appreciated that the hotel and restaurant were flexible about changing our meal to lunch and that the chef, on very short notice, prepared a wonderful meal catering to my very limited dietary requirements. Thank you so very much for going so far to assist us even while the industry and the hotel itself is in difficult circumstances. [Less]
Nice hotel
By Chris
Staff are very proactive to approach guest and ask whether they need any assistance. If you set an appointment call and unable to wake up, they would come to your room and wake you up/check on you [More] personally. [Less]
Fine business hotel
By Sue Nym
Overall a fine business hotel. Staff is very accommodating and helpful, property is in good shape, a colleague of mine had to set up a conference call on short notice and they helped get the meeting [More] room set up for it with a Polycom phone. My only complaints are that I would like later cocktail service in the club lounge, because it is hard to get there by 7:30 after a dinner somewhere, and the physical setup of the hotel is a bit of a pain, because to get to the ground floor you typically have to take a "local" elevator to the express one to get down. They can't do much about that, though, it is how the hotel is built. [Less]
