Featured Rome Hotels

As a guest of our Holiday Inn® Rome hotels, it's easy to explore Italy's historic capital. With papal treasures, imposing ruins and baroque squares unfolding at every turn, the Eternal City is a living monument to the glory of ancient Rome.

Plunge into the city's lively streetscape from our hotels in Rome, where candy-colored Vespas zip around cobbled alleyways. The massive Colosseum is a popular spot for family photos with costumed gladiators. In the neighboring Forum, crumbling columns evoke the days of Julius Caesar. Sunlight streams through the dome of the Pantheon just as it has since the second century A.D. The Vatican beckons with two iconic artworks by Michelangelo: the Pietà statue in St. Peter's Basilica and the painted ceiling in the Sistine Chapel. The modern Metro threads its ways through archaeological ruins, delivering you to centuries-old sights like the Trevi Fountain. Toss a coin in the baroque fountain to ensure your return to Rome.

Relax into la dolce vita ("the sweet life") when you stay in our hotels in Rome. It's a short trip from our Rome hotels to Piazza Navona, the most beautiful square in the city's centro storico (historic center). Here, students, priests and jetsetters alike gather for the traditional evening passeggiata (stroll). Our Rome hotels are also near Trastevere, a medieval neighborhood humming with restaurants and bars. Try original Roman dishes like fried artichokes and spaghetti alla carbonara, rich with bacon and eggs, in alfresco cafes on narrow cobblestone alleyways.

Book our Holiday Inn Rome hotels for sublime and simple pleasures all year round. Come in spring to enjoy the city's colorful religious festivals, particularly around Holy Week. In summer, Rome's historic ruins are dramatically spotlit.

Nice enough hotel
By zxasqw123
We only stayed 1 night due to airport arrival time (late) and not wanting to drive that late. Hotel met our needs. Air con was rather loud, but functional. Shuttle service from airport is not [More] often enough (ended up getting a taxi or face an hour and a half wait). [Less]
Nice Hotel for business travellers
By Ali-TPB
Nice hotel, good services and acceptable food in restaurant. I can only say that the red wine quality was not good. [Less]
Tired hotel
By Nickmw
Stayed again as it a hotel in a convenient position. It's ok but rather tired and in need of a revamp. [Less]
Comfortable and clean
By Lilydog26
It is a clean and comfortable stay outside the city center. The shuttle does not have the best hours in terms of frequency but it was a good stay for what we needed. [Less]
Great staff

The front desk was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean and it was a very comfortable stay. [Less]
Good Value Hotel
By Thistle1234
We stayed at this hotel with points the night before we had to go to the airport. It is a quick shot to the airport and although parking isn't free, which I believe it should be, it made our morning [More] commute a breeze. There is also a shuttle to take you to the metro station so you can eaily head into downtown Rome. This was useful, but the shuttle stops running at 10:30, so we took a taxi back and the rate was only 20 euro. Overall, nice place to stay, great staff but a little too far from the hustle and bustle of Rome. [Less]
Good breakfast and excellent service
By Anette123
Stayed here with my family for 5 nights between the 14th and 19th of August 2016. Excellent breakfast, excellent housekeeping and very good reception service. The swimming pool was good, but too cold [More] even though it was summer time. Towards future improvements, a piano in the lounge area, warm pool and sauna and proper changing rooms would make a difference for holiday makers. [Less]
Long way from main station
By spark2
Rooms are great and staff is polite. But the hotel is too far away from the main city of Rome and the no direct public transport from the main areas( termini/ Colosseum, Vatican cities etc...) [More] to/from hotel. It takes around 20-60 min to reach city. which reduces the available time for site seeing. [Less]
