Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Facility, Fantastic Staff First time stay here as I had an early morning flight out this morning. Jacob at the front desk was friendly, courteous and very helpful with directions and where I would be picked up by the shuttle. Facility is only 18 months old but appears brand new. Lady in charge of breakfast was great and went out of her way to see that I was taken care of. I really liked this hotel. February 1, 2016

The property is modern, very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The only issue we had was with the maid staff starting their shift on our floor a little before 9A on Sunday and they were extremely loud. Overall the stay was great and I would recommend as well as stay at this property again. January 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic The hotel was great, I traveled with my 3 children one of them being autistic. They took good care of us and accommodated all his needs. I would have liked some help though when I was pushing our cart full of bags, and handling all three children and my sons service dog. Employees at the front desk were not busy and just watched us walk by struggling to keep everyone together. January 27, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff and Bartender! We had an especially nice time chatting with the bartender (he recently relocated from Las Vegas). He was great, super friendly and made great drinks! We had one night to visit Austin, and the front desk staff gave us some great suggestions of places to visit downtown. It was a very enjoybale stay at a beuatiful new hotel. January 26, 2016

They were so nice to allow me to leave my car there instead of taking it to the airport, for a MUCH smaller fee than the airport and NO HASSLE!!! Love the shuttling. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff We stayed at this hotel because we had a businesses meeting at the hotel. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the meeting room was easy to get to, and hotel was nice. Our meetings were very long so we only had a few hours to sleep each night but one night was impossible to sleep till after 2 a.m. because a drunk lady was on the floor in the hall screaming and cussing till 2 a.m. Staff did call police but the ordeal lasted till 2 a.m. Also people having the meeting were told what rate our rooms would be and that is not what we were charged. The rooms and hotel were nice but I am not sure I would pay that price for the hotel again. January 21, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Slow check in, noise from disruptive neighbor and loud traffic Front desk clerk pushing paper around and ignoring me as I am waiting to check in at 11:30pm. It was like he was hoping if he appeared busy then the other desk clerk would do it. Appeared lazy and not hospitable. Finally I told him I wanted to check in. Check in was longer than necessary. Second, the road noise is loud, need to invest in soundproof Windows. Third, noisy woman in hallway in the middle of night, crying and shouting, for almost an hour. I got very little sleep. It would have been quieter if I slept in the car. Wake up option on room phone doesn't work. This hotel needs to work on customer service. People want fast check in without attitude and a quiet room.
