Enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Staff continued to take care of something for us after we had already ended our stay. Do yourself a favor and dine in the hotel, wonderful food and service. Room was comfortable, cool, clean and well stocked. We stayed for Lonestar Roundup 2015 and were able to watch all the vehicles heading to and leaving the carshow right from our window, and the hotel is right down the street from Austin Speed Shop - added bonuses!

I booked the non refundable rate for what I thought was 1 night. My confirmation shows up in my email and I am booked for 2 nights. Honest mistake...should be easy to fix. Yeah right... I jump on live chat and they say call the hotel to change the reservation. Call the hotel and they transfer me to central reservations who can't do anything and tell me to call the hotel. Call the hotel and they tell me to call guest services. Call guest services and no answer after 30 minutes on hold. Try live chat again and she says call the hotel...are you kidding me !!!!!!
Send a note to customer relations and receive a response saying they will contact hotel within 48 hours and get the situation fixed...never hear from them again.
Inquired at check in about the mistake and receive same run around...
Stayed for 2 nights as it wasn't worth wasting any more energy on the issue. Last 2 nights I'll ever spend in a Holiday Inn or any IHG hotel for that matter...too many other choices out there for this kind of ridiculously poor customer service.

Great location and wonderful ambience. Staff were very cordial and quick. Good breakfast that included buffet or a la carte; need beds spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. overall a pleasant stay. Will recommend

Very nice business stay at this location. Everything was above bar and I would recommend it. The breakfast was way too expensive. Everything else was perfect.

Know there were several customer service situations which truly detracted from enjoyment or relaxation at this facility. The gentleman at the front desk, remedied one very important oversight, thank you. The other issue was unbelievable, I however, was too tired to bother with more frustration. Didn't sleep a wink, although the room was clean, quiet enough, & bed was comfortable. Was glad to get going & fly out next morning at 6am! Austin, either step up, or price down.
