So, I stay there for 5 days, and because I didn't blow a bunch of money on unnecessary things like renting a conference room or making long distance calls or ordering room service, I get no reward
points. Every other hotel rewards program gives you points just for booking a room for a night, let alone 5 nights. You had a beautiful room, fridge, freezer, appliances, stove top, left me dish soap and towels, the rooms were beautiful, the staff friendly. I'd recommend this hotel over a lot of others CN employees are put up at, but your reward program is the WORST out of all of them, and that includes the Nova Hotel being with Aeroplan, which is next to useless. I won't be bothering with my membership any further.
Also, there were lots of hotel guests without masks on in public spaces, EVERYWHERE. Even the hotel staff had their masks off (some of them), and only half of those with them off bothered to put them back on when they caught someone else entering the space. The women were really good, wearing them, very polite and friendly, the guys were without masks and otherwise professional. [Less]
