Its always a pleasure to return to this hotel. The staff are always welcoming and familiar. First night there were a number of issues with the guest room which is quite unexpected, report the next
morning and were all taken care of whilst out for the day. First evening dined in the Cinnabar, not sure what it is but I never feel comfortable, service was better than normal and the meal was pretty good, the decor is rather cold and not much ambiance. Fourth night ate in the Touzai restaurant for the Valentines dinner. Superb all round, cudo's to the team. Heard Chef Darrel and Milosav have moved on, great loss to the team. Club lounge staff, Edit in particular, are excellent. Its about time the the coffee machine was fixed or replaced, six months is a bit much.
