Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and comfortable bedding I had the most relaxing and best night's sleep. I arrived at Holiday Inn Express after leaving another national chain hotel I had just checked into that had deplorable service and smelled. I drove 8 miles out of my way from my race just to get away from the other hotel. This Holiday Inn was the closest. I have stayed at numerous resorts over the past 30 years and I was pleasantly surprised at the modern structure and amenities. I did not expect this from such a reasonably priced hotel. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Manager but Horrible Location and Service We arrived from our travels to check in and we received our keys to arrive at the room to find that the room had not been cleaned. The manager apologized and gave us a $20 gift card and asked if we could wait about 30 minutes for them to clean the room. We waited for a 1.5 hours and finally I had went back to the room to check to see if it was done and it was not. I approached the front desk again and the manager sent someone up to check and 10 minutes later the room was ready. We went inside and I found out that the room size was not what I was hoping it was. We were travelling as a family of 5. They gave us a standard size room with 2 full size bed and a chair. I went back down to inquire what happened and she stated that it came over as a standard room and not a suite. At this point, I was frustrated and tired and went back to lay down. As I walk to the bed, I noticed that my socks were soaking wet near the bed where the AC is located. I put my shoes back on to discuss the issues with the AC. The front desk person stated that the pipes must have frozen on the unit and leaked out, so she sent someone upstairs to lay towels down. The AC continued to leak and the smell of wet water was all over the room. They never followed up on the room. The next day we get up for breakfast and it was being served by a person who I guess was having a bad day. The tables were not wiped down and she would never smile or even say good morning unless you said it to her. Furthermore, they ran out of food and then started putting the food up early. I will never stay here again. I am so disappointed with my service that I may stop going to Holiday Inn's and cancell if possible my membership. April 7, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exemplary Customer Service Abounds Without a doubt, the staff at this hotel goes above and beyond expectations to adhere to the strictest of standards for customer service in the hospitality industry. This particular Holiday Inn Express hotel is well managed as is evidenced by the levels of cleanliness and attention to detail; but the real standout here is the hotel's staff!!! You receive a five star welcome and attention more akin to the level of service a luxury hotel consumer would expect to find - yet the Holiday Inn Express concept is typically marketed as a more cost effective lodging option. The rooms are well kept and the decor is comparable to other express hotels of this nature. If it is a cost-effective night's lodging you are seeking in this area, then I would undoubtedly say this HI Express cannot be topped!!!! April 4, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a Good Experience Not what we expected upon arrival. We did not expect to wait over an hour for our room at the 3pm check in time. We did not expect to walk on wet carpet near the ac and to have towels left on the floor for our stay after reporting it. We did not expect breakfast to start being put away at 9:50am We did expect a follow up after the long wait just to make sure that all was well after that. We did expect someone to say thank you for staying and come back again after we checked out. April 3, 2016
