We also loved the pool area and the outdoor/indoor seating area. Thanks for the stay and we will see you again next September! October 8, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Need improvements in... Unfortunately this location has a low grade business center. Computers are super slow (took 10 min to open a web browser). Spoke with Manger and she will update/ fix them ( I suggest new computers). (She was wonderful though). Another negative was my room had a missing clock, someone else s IPod charger left in the wall (I brought it back to the main desk) (Did cleaning staff clean room? I wonder because the charger was left in plain sight) and when I moved the pull out sofa there were crumbs and an empty water bottle underneath it (ROOM 117) I did not clean it up- just an FYI for staff/ Manager. Lobby is in great condition and staff was excellent just wish the two above areas could/ can be addressed to provide other IHG/ business travelers a better experience/ stay. October 1, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by FIRE ALARM EVACUATION - NO STAFF -SEEN or HEARD 1:20 am the fire alarm goes off and I leave my room with my wife to find other guest in hallway looking puzzled and upset. The alarm continues for another 40 minutes and by this time all of the guest are outside. At no time during the 40 minutes did we hear or see staff. The fire department did eventually come to the hotel but the hotel could of been burnt to a crisp by the time of their arrival. All of the guest eventually returned to their rooms to no avail or directions of staff. It was a sort of a "nothing is really happening with the fire alarm" and we guessed that their was no real fire. Therefore we headed back in the hotel to try and get some sleep. The next day the aloof front desk girl just smiled acted as if she did not know what happened; until I continued questioning her. Apparently, a guest tried to cover up their smoking by running a hot shower to mask the smell. The hot shower and smoke triggered the fire alarm.... HMMMM. September 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A night of relaxation As indicated, I have only great things to say about my stay. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast area was spotless and the food was great, providing a nice variety, serving everyone's tastes, or at least, trying to. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. September 27, 2015
