Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort Overall experience average. I have traveled to many different locations, many times I choose Holiday Inn Express hotels have always been pleased. This particular location as far as comfort fell below even average. Stayed in a top floor 326. The air conditioner worked part-time, I had to unplug it to reset for it to kick back on. Could not use auto setting had to leave it in the run position even in this mode it would kick off hours at a time, therefore room was constantly changing temp. Last the mattress was not comfortable, it was hard, and with paper sheets not a good combo. Staff was fantastic and room was clean nothing they could have done to solve the above problems, not their fault, just corners cut by hotel owner. April 15, 2015
