Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by quiet room 2 night stay for business purposes. I was pleased with my stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. Clean room/bathroom. The check-in was simple and fast. I did have to go down the morning of check out to request a receipt. it is much more convenient for it to be left under the door during the night. I thought it was a little pricey but will gladly pay that for cleanliness and comfort! May 16, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was nice, but was OVERALL DISAPPOINTED IN HOTEL There for a "staycation". I specifically asked about the pool when making my reservation. Was told it was heated. It was NOT. (Disappointing the kids). Television did NOT WORK at all in our rooms. Office staff came to our room 3 times attempting to fix and could not. Offered to move us at 10 p.m. at night. Several rooms on our hallway were having toilet flooding issues. HUGE, LOUD cleaning machines cluttered hallway.... causing us to have to step around and over big tubes and cords. Just an overall "eye sore". We are from Arlington, TX. Just a short stay from Grapevine. Wish I had saved my money.... April 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good, comfortable hotel The HI Express DFW/Grapevine is a very good hotel for business travelers. I have also stayed there a couple time for personal travel. The breakfast is better than most hotels, the rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable the hotel is generally clean. There was a remodel and I really miss the old lobby, it looked so much nicer and used to have stairs to the second floor. The beds are comfortable, there is a pretty good TV channel selection, a movie theater, bowling alley and many restaurants nearby. I recommend for stays in the Grapevine area. April 14, 2016
