Featured Bangkok Hotels

Enjoy a warm welcome at one of our Holiday Inn® Bangkok hotels in Thailand's big-hearted, fun-loving capital. You're just a quick Skytrain or tuk-tuk ride away from the Grand Palace, Sukhumvit's malls and spice-scented street markets.

The speedy Skytrain stops conveniently close to our hotels in Bangkok. Rise early to see saffron-robed monks on their morning rounds, or practice tai chi with the locals in Lumpini Park. Tuk-tuks buzz through Bangkok's streets to the Grand Palace, where gold spires glint in the morning sun-a good time to see the sacred Emerald Buddha before the crowds arrive. Just around the corner is the mystical amulet market and Wat Pho temple, housing an enormous reclining Buddha. Our Bangkok hotels are also near the Chao Phraya River, where you can board a long-tail boat as the setting sun silhouettes spires and bell-shaped stupas (monuments).

It's just a short ride from our Bangkok hotels to the high-rise malls of Sukhumvit neighborhood, where you can shop for Thai-style fashion and tailor-made silk outfits. Haggling for bargains is part of the street theater at the Patpong Night Market in the heart of bar-lined Silom neighborhood. Bangkok is a city of a million woks-almost every soi (alley) has food stalls ready to whip up a green curry or spicy papaya salad for a few baht. Go to neon-lit Chinatown for noodles or the party-loving Banglamphu district for cheap street eats and a clubby vibe. Both Sukhumvit and Silom serve global cuisine in chic surrounds-round out your day with twilight views of Bangkok's skyline from the 61st-floor Vertigo Bar.

Stay in our Holiday Inn® Bangkok hotels in spring for kite-filled skies and water fights at Songkran (Thai New Year) in April. See royal barges glide past on the King's birthday in December.

Amazing Stay
By Clarisse08
Staying in this property is simply amazing and convenient. I have been visited other Crowne Plaza and I have noticed that there were able to keep the IHG standards. Ambiance of the hotel is [More] overwhelming and buzz free. I highly recommend this hotel for Business traveler and short term stay here in Bangkok. Easy access in BTS and a safe place to stay. Thank you Crowne Plaza Bangkok for the amazing experienced and I will make sure that I will stay here again when I visited Bangkok. [Less]
Great Location and Excellent Staff
By JeffS18
I have stayed that the Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumphini Park on multiple occasions for business trips to Bangkok. It is a wonderful hotel that is very well located. It is in walking distance to both the [More] MRT and the BTS which makes getting around Bangkok very easy. The breakfast is wonderful with a very large buffet and a great view of the city. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating from the front desk, the bell hops, and the concierge. Everyone is there to help take care of you and always smiling. The rooms and the check-in are on the 21st floor so you have to take a separate elevator up to the lobby but it just means you get great views and that the hotel is very safe. I highly recommend this hotel to tourists and business travelers. [Less]
Perfect location, ideal comfort
By Avid traveller22
This hotel is in a perfect location - Lumpini Park across the street, night life behind you, train access steps away! All the comforts expected in a ihg hotel and exactly where you want to be to [More] explore Bangkok. Left to experience LeBua and really regret that decision. [Less]

I would come back here
By kuting81
Visited Bangkok for the first time and stay 3 nights here. I flew into Suvarnabhumi Airport, took the airport rail, then made 2 connecting trains, exited at the National Stadium stop, walked about 8 [More] minutes and got to the hotel. The hotel lobby and taxi stand staff and service were excellent and friendly and most spoke English comfortably. They offered Thai Baht exchange for no extra charge too which was super convenient (for example broke down 1000 baht bill down to 10 100 baht bills). They offered me a free room upgrade due to my IHG status and I had a room at the top floor which had a great view. I enjoyed their breakfast very much!! Definitely one of the strong points of the hotel :) Definitely try the guava juice (green). Another perk was in hotel self serve washer and dryer for a reasonable charge which I was able to use while there. There is a nice Thai massage place right next door - I got a nice 2 hour massage for 500 baht ($15 USD). The MBK, Siam Center, etc malls are an easy ~10-15 minute walk down the street. The hotel location was great for me and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks!! The only improvement I would offer is that the room didn't provide complementary body lotion like most chain hotels offer. I would have definitely used it. [Less]
It was very nice experience. Especially Staff and Interior design!

We stayed 3 nights here for holidays. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. I want to say thank you to 2 bellhops. Because of their careful concern, we were very comfortable whenever we move [More] to other places. And last time we met them 7pm on 09 Feb at hotel lobby. Indigo hotel is worth a return visit! Thank you! [Less]
Always my first choice

I have 100 reasons why I recommend this hotel and top3 reasons are; 1.Friendly and kind staff, especially staff in a reception always give big smiles and it let me feel like coming back to home [More] sweet home. 2.Design of the hotel (my taste) 3.Convenient location, 5 min to BTS station and Central Embassy Mall (food-court in BF1 is excellent) I used to stay in another IHG hotel in Bangkok before, but currently I stay in only this hotel.
