I stay here each time I travel from Helsinki to Canada.
The location is excellent for the train station, tram, buses and downtown. It has a the airport bus right outside the hotel doors as well as the the other transportation is also (even the Boat to Estonia was only 1 bus ride from the hotel right to the Dock). This is the best I found for everything I needed. The staff was excellent, I never used the restaurant or lounge but both looked very good.
I will continue to use this hotel for myself in Helsinki.

Little reminding about the breakfast selection,wasnt so good.
After little confusion on bonus points,everything is fine and staff take it very well to fix it after discuss,thank you !

We stayed in an Executive Room (rm 422) - corner room with a view over the bus terminus and the railway station entrances - always plenty going on outside, so there were always interesting views. Room was spacious, quiet and extremely well fitted out - very modern and all the conveniences you would want, and bed was superb. Had a few issues with the wi-fi in that we needed to sign-in using a user name and password - provided by the hotel, so that was fine, but our service provider detected "someone" trying to access our ermail account (it was only us trying to log-in using the hotel-supplied codes) with the end result being that our email service was cancelled - so it took a few days to sort this out with our ISP. Location is fine, plenty of great shopping and restaurants nearby, and easy access to and from the airport with the Finnair bus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel - it's great value for money and a very pleasant surprise with regards to the high quality of the furnishings. Fabulous.

I only spent 2 nights but the staff were excellent. Friendly and so glad to assist. The room was okay though I wouldn't say it was excellent. The location of the hotel was good!

Everything was just so fine. The hotel room's instruction leaflet was also updated and the room was now clean (the problems I reported after previous visit).

Right in the center of the city, the Holiday Inn is a fantastic spot to stay. Easy access to public transportation and hundreds of restuarants, shops, etc. Great area for a walking tour of Helsinki. Can't wait to be back in the spring.

The room floor had various kind of gravel. The hotel information paper sheet on the center of room desk - which I curiously read carefully - was out dated. Facilities in downstairs were changed. Breakfast and Business Center were excellent.
