Having worked in the industry for a long time, I may expect a certain standard than most. However, here is my review.
The check in clerk, female, no name tag, never smiled, didn’t seem to know or
care what she was doing. I was never offered an upgrade. My encounter with Paula at the desk was wonderful. She had the best attitude, friendly, smiled and even asked us how we were doing. We called down to the FD for more hangers, received two. We ask the lady who brought them (HSKP) that we needed more, she didn’t understand us and we never received anymore.
The room was oddly designed. A big foyer that could easily be redesigned to add more space for a bigger bathroom. You can sit on the toilet and wash your hands at the same time, while looking at the mold under the lip of the sink. The bathroom pedestal is all worn out and needs to be replaced. The bathroom door needs to be replaced. It shows signs of flooding damage. The remolded shower was nice, but had moldy grout . There was no concierge book to look at, no pen & paper, and what’s up with the L shaped desk? Christine, Event Coordinator went above and beyond to find us a safety pin. What hotel restaurant closes for lunch and all day Saturday?
