The check-in experience was painful. The front desk workers were answering phones while trying to check-in guests. The paperwork for check-in was incredibly excessive and time consuming. Having
come directly from multiple flights and a long day, standing and checking in for 30 minutes is unacceptable.
The GOOD: The rest of the staff were amazing. Everyone was attentive and catering to every need. The margaritas were some of the best in Acapulco (not bland, low alcohol versions typically made for tourists).
Breakfast was great and the swimming pools were wonderful. [Less]
