Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Inconsiderate Staff and no water I have been using Holiday Inn's for my business and leisure travel for years, this is the first time I have ever had a bad experience with any Holiday Inn's. After spending one night in the hotel, I woke up to no water in the room. I called the front desk and the clerk told me he would call someone and let me know. I never heard back from the clerk. I needed to check out and was unable to shower, luckily I had a bottle of water and could brush my teeth. I went downstairs to complain and the front desk clerk told me that there was nothing he could do about it, the water was out in the building from the 3rd floor and higher, (I was on the 6th floor) but if I wanted to wash my hands I could use the public restroom or buy a bottle of water from the courtesy store. He then turned to another customer and ignored me. I couldn't believe how rude he was! He did not offer me the use of a bathroom on one of the floors with working water, or offer me a free bottle of water, or even apologize for not having water in the room. I will never return to this holiday inn again. April 21, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff Being an airport hotel we were only using as an overnight stay to break up the journey. The staff made checking in and out so easy, the restaurant was also very friendly. But above all the airport shuttle was great taking care of our significant luggage and happy to pick up and drop off at either airport or car rental. Room was spacious. Only down side was the noise made by the aircon. April 9, 2016
