Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay with awesome hospitality! My recent visit to the Holiday Inn Tampa Westshore hotel was my first but certainly won't be my last. From the time I walked in the door till I checked out I was made to feel like a VIP that had been coming for years. The front desk couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating; but then I found out that all the employees I came across were exactly the same - welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. The hotel is close to the airport so the shuttle is a quick 5 min ride. Even the shuttle driver was welcoming and gave tips of local things to do around the hotel. I was with a group for a few days of meetings and we all remarked on how nice all the hotel staff was and the food! The breakfast buffet is quite plentiful with great bacon! Although the restaurant area is smaller than some hotels, the food was better than most hotels I've stayed at that were much more expensive. I hope to return again to experience the warm welcoming atmosphere of this hotel. February 3, 2016

Parking included the total 14 days we were away and complimentary shuttle to and from the port. we enjoyed a very nice meal the evening before in the hotel restaurant and bar. The next time we join a cruise from Tampa we will stay here again. February 3, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Hotel Very Nice Hotel, No problems anywhere. The only exception was that the Hotel was doing some sort of renovation and the Pods outside took up valuable parking spots. Other than that it was perfect and I will be back January 30, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great price and location. Overall, the hotel was very nice and really convenient to the down town area that we needed to get to. The hotel is older and had a moldy smell in the conference room area, the heating and cooling is very outdated and was hard to regulate. Otherwise we had a great stay and would stay there again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay We were only staying one night before our cruise. The staff made us feel so at home, gave us great ideas on where to eat and even shuttled us to dinner and back. The cruise and stay pkg is well worth the money for anyone cruising out of Tampa. Even picked us up at the cruise ship and took us to the air port.Would stay there again if we go back to Tampa January 22, 2016
