The hotel was nice. We arrived at 11 pm, we got a suite with a pull out sofa for my daughter, but there were no sheets in the room for it. I had to go to the front desk and they only had a mattress
pad for it and said they would have to find sheets and a pillow and bring it later. She ended up sleeping on a mattress pad.
The hotel was fully booked and had been for a long time due to parent weekend at SFA. There was one person working in the breakfast area, she was trying hard, but could not keep up with getting food out. The juice was out, the milk was out, the pancake machine wasn't working, the hot foot kept running out. Again, she was trying her hardest, but you can't sell a hotel out and have one person working!! The milk in the cooler was sour and I took a big drink of it! We felt bad for her and went out for breakfast instead. [Less]
