Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Front desk staff and hotel staff were all very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean. Noise level wasn't to loud. We had a bunch of cheerleader in the hotel while we were staying and we didn't really hear them. Internet wasn't the fastest but available. The heat in the room was a little weird wouldn't stay consistent. But overall great experience! November 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room The bed is comfort and clean. I love breakfast from Holiday Inn, especially the egg pancake. The environment is good and quiet. But the people oppose us from across the hall was making noise. And I don't see thick curtain so it affected my sleep a little bit. But overall it's always a pleasure to stay in Holiday Inn. The room was quiet, and the breakfast was quite good (loved the pancake machine!). The staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, and I would definitely stay here again. November 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very average The bed was comfortable, but that's about it. Guest in all rooms were incredibly loud as if the walls were paper thin. No fridge in the room. Outside was also very noisy due to being right beside a lot of restaurants. Would probably look at staying at another IHG property that's more secluded and has fridges in the room. November 15, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by More complaints than praise The hotel was very busy for our first night's stay and the staff seemed harried and unprepared. The hotel is clean but, really, not up to the standard I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. The first night our neighbors left their TV on and complaints to the front desk yielded no remedy. No sleep till they woke at 5 a.m. and turned it off. The breakfast room was full of loitering guests while others stood trying to eat. Additionally, both food and service items were out of stock (isn't that the reason for reservations?). Anyway, we'll likely stay here again because of the proximity to the Napa Valley Wine Country at a reasonable price. That, and the fact that I rarely refuse hotels and restaurants their opportunity for a second chance. November 14, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by many problems When we checked in fpr three night stay, the TV did not display channel numbers and clock was 20 minutes fast. Both problems were fixed next day after telling front desk but should have been checked and fixed after last guest checked out. Shower curtain was to short and would not stay in tub so bathroom floor flooded when taking shower. Bathtub grab bar was at wrong end of tub. Access to it blocked by toilet and shower controls. Staff was slow to refill breakfast items when they ran out. Never did get a banana. Did not get newspaper delivery to room on Monday. November 13, 2015
