I was at this property for 2 days, personally think this is not value for Money. The rooms are tiny (note not small but tiny).
I ate on both the days first day was decent, but 2nd day dinner was so horrible, Food was ICE cold and gave a pungent smell, the food was empty no refills but they started seeing it after Informed the crew. Brownie was hard as stone.
I did not eat that day and gave feedback, but the staff was not even sensible to get the manager or Chef to talk with me which I felt this review mechanism was just eye wash, I will be happy to talk with the manager or anyone who can really make a difference

I have been staying in Holiday Inn Bommasandra for last over 9 months, it’s a great facility with following special offerings:
- clean and hygiene rooms and property
- courteous and efficient staff
- impressive food variety coveting Indian and overseas cuisines
- continue to build up on overseas guests
- impressive Safety and security
I recommend this property to my knowns!
Horrible room service and restaurant Team/staff

I stayed for 6 days and my colleague stayed here for 2 days in from 21st to 27th April. On my 3rd day of stay my colleague was suppose to check in at 2pm, but with me he had just one tea in breakfast area before check in. So the hotel says we need to pay for the tea. I requested them price or charge is not the issue but the hospitality kind of this is not welcoming or acceptable. But hotel didn't flinch also on this feedback.

The bed is comfortable, the staff are courteous and helpful. The room is clean, the hotel lobby and reception area are clean, the dining area is spacious.
The only comment maybe is to add more twist on the food which other guest who don't like spicy foods or Indian foods.
The hotel is strategically located to the area which I am working with.

I just visited the Hotel in this month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations.
Their staff behaviour of front desk is also excellent, specially the service of Ms.Shanthala , Ms. Manisha, Mr. Ankit and Suman is very friendly I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process by the front office team and their customer service is also commendable. I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left was simply stunning. and I would love to visit and again, also in the restaurant Mr. Maheshwaran and his team members Mr.Arun and Ms.Chukku services are very good and they are very friendly.

The hotel is situated near to the main road yet no major sound issue. Overall the experience was very good the hotel arrangements very good. The food quality was good.

for last 3 month I am staying in this property, as per my experience handling customer issues is a big concern may due to limited number of staff in hotel. This time I have ROOM NUMBER 331 in front of lift lobby which was not comfortable all the time, I requested to see possibility to change room, but no one came back to me. If this kind of poor service again n again, I may not be staying here. Hotel Manager is super busy person, I tried to contact him during my Jan-25 stay but he never responded on mobile.
Gym is too small and only one trademill.

Surprised to see the membership was taken too casually and I didn’t feel like a member but like a guest who was at the mercy of the receptionist, suman was very courteous but the other lady I cannot remember the name the day I checked in on 21st I would say she lacked lot of customer centric approach, I understand this facility is an express but would have been nice if the room dining was there until late night I was again surprised that by 11 the hotel had no food and due to the strike and rain I had to get food from outside the basic sense of a hotel was a little lost I have been in many IHG hotels where the service was impeccable and the membership was understood unlike here if this is the same case I would choose another IHG hotel in Bengaluru the next time I visit
