One of the bad hotels.. the reception hall, lift lobby and hallways are polluted with locals and guest smoking. I had no less than 5 occassion needing to decline guest entering the lift with cigarette lit and puffing. Nothing was done by the hotel.
on check out.. the receptionist wanted me to pay without printing out a the daily room bill summary... I don't know how she figured out the final bill... I saw many occassions when there are conceirge/hotel staff standing around and acting obilvious even when guest is looking bewildered and need help..
first time and last time... please kick this hotel out of your IHG.. its really a pooly managed hotel.

The hotel has a good location, and its lobby is very clean and well-decorated in a style I really like. Staying here is very comfortable, and the hotel staff are very friendly and polite, always greeting me warmly. The service is excellent, and the facilities are complete, with a robot that can deliver food, which is very convenient. The bedding and pillows in the room are very comfortable, and staying here has improved my sleep quality. There are also free mineral water and tea in the room. The breakfast at the hotel is also great, with delicious food.

套房陈列干净整洁，温馨舒适，卧房床品比较适宜休息放松。早餐餐食种类和菜品和口味都还比较符合口味。房间周边环境比较安静，健身房比较现代，能够提供较好的健身器材。

Wonderful room and great food. Thank you so much Mr. Gao for your willingness to help, upgrading our room to suite, and gifting us two breakfast. This is definitely the best experience among any hotels. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND any non-member or IHG members to try this hotel. They will treat you very nicely!

Location is good, a subway station is nearby. Nice view to the Ningbo Beilun harbour. All staff are very kind. Very kind to the diamond member.

此次入驻华邑酒店总体体验非常不错，酒店设施环境让人很舒适，房间布局比较合理，夜晚就寝环境很安静，酒店餐饮比较符合胃口，同时酒店前台和接待服务人员很有礼貌。酒店停车也比较方便。酒店位置相对安静，希望下次能有机会再次入住华邑酒店。
