    Second time staying here due to our families relocation to FT Worth. Excellent location with easy access and close to eating establishments. The staff are professional and welcoming. They made sure we felt at home during our transition to the area. Highly recommend.

    Comfort

    Had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs rather than first day, it was entire visit. They replaced terribly stained couch next day along with all others at that location. Found silverfish on kitchen counter. We had to drag suitcases down three flights on third morning. At 67 and having Back surgery scheduled is bad.

    Extended stay in Dallas/Candlewood

    This was my first time at this particular brand in the IGH properties. I really liked the free laundry services and the gym at this property. The receptionist was the best always with a kind greeting and a smile, she helped me through a number of things and never once complained. The only thing I would say that I would like to see change is I would like to have had a mid week light cleaning of the room instead of the once a week. Other than that I will be incorporating this brand into my future travels when possible.
