Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel - no extra perks for IHG Elite members This hotel was conveniently located. The property was well kept. The rooms were clean and well stocked - the beds were comfortable with extra pillows. The only reason I did not give this hotel a five star rating was because the staff had never even heard of giving extra perks (points or gift bags or beverages) to IHG Rewards Club Elite members. Overall, though a very nice hotel that I would recommend. December 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Might be moving to Texas The place is spotless! Everything was clean, from the parking lot to the classroom, and everything in between. My room was excellent. There was a kitchen with a full size fridge. The countertops were granite in both the kitchen and bath. The cabinetry looked new. Actually, everything looked new! The bathroom was so clean, and had fluffy white towels, tile floors. The room had a desk with internet access. Which was great because I was there for the class. The bed was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was so nice! It was like being at home. November 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff The staff at the Kingwood Candlewood Suites was very friendly and once informed who I was, for the rest of the stay the person at the desk remembered my name each time I can down or left the hotel. Each morning on my trip down for coffee, the front desk person and I talked about the news on the TV and about the weather to let me know when it would start raining that day. November 10, 2014
