The room smelled as if someone smoked cigars for a year and the just never cleaned it... Also, you couldn't even open the window to get fresh air because it had a nail prohibiting it... I've never been to an IHG establishment that does not serve some sort of breakfast... I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go here...

Great place to stay. Love the free laundry facility. I have been on the road for 5 weeks now & not having to look for a public laundry or pay excessive hotel laundry rates is a real bonus.
The Candlewood Cupboard is also great. Prices are a bit high, but the fact that I can grab a snack 24/7 is the best.
Travelling from Australia & being away from home that long makes it a lot less tedious. I have booked IHG Hotels for the entire 6 weeks of my business trip.
Room was great. Lots of hot water & towels.
Great staff too. Love the chain. & I am now a IHG Rewards member.
Thank you IHG. Keep up the great work.

The rooms were very comfortable from the bed to the equipped kitchen! It was nice to come back after a long day of work to be able to relax and make a bite to eat so I didn't have to go out. The cupboard had a good variety of food. It would be nice to have more of a variety of soups and maybe some other pre-made options. A pool and hot tub would have been nice too. :o)

I was disappointed that I was not recognized as a Platinum Member by the front desk male. When I brought to his attention that I am a Platinum Member, all he said was "oh". He looked extremely young, like college age; he seemed extremely inexperienced. I was watching a program in my room, and all of a sudden the TV went black. I could not watch the ending of the program. I decided to go out and I stopped at the Front Desk, and told the same male who had checked me in about the TV, he stated it was due to weather and he guessed the cable company would have to reset the system. He had no idea how long it was going to take. When I checked out the morning, the same male was at the Front Desk; all he said was good morning; I told him it was hard sleeping due to the noisey motor on the refrigerator; all he said was "oh". He did not say anything to me about he hoped I would be returning. This was my first stay at this hotel, and I did not feel staff was great. However, the room and bathroom was very clean. I feel that Management should train its staff so all staff know how to interact with the public.

They don't miss a thing when they furnish these suites. It really is like a home away from home. I don't need the breakfast that is served at some hotels since I have a kitchen to prepare my own. A DVD player to catch up on those movies I have not had time to watch. A large enough area to walk my dog easily in a well lit area. The value for the dollar is a deal!

It's been a while since we have stayed at a Candlewood Suites and I know it won't be long again. After being on the road for two weeks, staying at many different hotels and at a vacation house, I felt like I was home when we walked into our room at the Candlewood. The spaciousness of the room - we weren't jammed together. The wonderful huge table in the kitchen/living area. I had forgotten how convenient that was. It was a pleasure setting up all our electronic equipment. Finally, room to put it all. And the outlets for said equipment was mind boggling. I loved the pantry and because we got in late it was nice to be able to get a snack for the evening and then have some good coffee in the morning. We used the laundry services and again, after being on the road for over two weeks, that was very welcome. I do appreciate all you do and all you provide for your clients. Thank you to all.

I was there for one week a no one came to clean my room, for the price of the hotel they should have breakfast, I think that is to much money for service you get, I may or may not recommend this hotel to family and friend. compare to other hotel I have stay this one is average
