I spend 95% of my life staying in hotels and I have to say that the customer service and friendliness of the staff here excelled well beyond most hotels. The suites were very clean and comfortable, and the kitchens were stocked with all the basic things you need to cook a meal. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me print and fax a few documents I needed. This hotel location also has a great collection of free movie rentals which I enjoyed on my night off. I highly recommend this hotel. April 5, 2013

I was able to book a suite and have a few different customers meet me in my room. The suite is modern,clean,professional and yet very comfortable. The design is set up perfect.Couches,recliner and the table is large enough for full size blue prints with free internet. All my personals are in a different room,out of my customers site which in turn makes them comfortable to visit and go over plans. If you need anything at all the hotel staff will go out of their way to accommodate whatever your needs are. The staff is led by Bobbie. Andrew ,Matt And Brenda care about your needs just as Bobbie would,which is absolutely top notch! Highly recommended for business or pleasure! April 3, 2013

Very clean.Hotel staff is flexible and willing to accommodate your needs with a friendly attitude and a smile.Also a lot of extras included here.Work out facility is not cheap equipment. The front desk person tried to stick me in this room and I refused due to not feeling safe. Please have the room door repaired on the second floor. looks like it has been broken into before. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great hotel with a very good staff Bobbi (Mgr) and her staff did a wonderful job for us. The room was clean, neat and well maintained. We felt safe and the facilities were in perfect working condition (workout equipment, free laundry, WiFi, cable TV). Anything we asked of the staff was taken care of quickly and with enthusiasm. We could not have asked for a better hotel experience. Will definitely stay here again when in West Des Moines. January 28, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by worst property ive ever stayed at I stay with ihg properties all over the us i spentba good 3-4;months a year in your hotels. This location i called and set up a business rate with the sales manager and we also agreed that it would be ok for me to pay cash and leave a deposit i was told i could never get behind always have a positive balance that was fine with me. Apoun checking the head manager bobbi was helping us as soon as she saw we were payin cash she got very rude and at one point told me that was not going to work i explained to her how this arangemebt was set up thru the sales manger. Then goes and gets her cell phone and calls the sales manager to see if i was lying right in front of me then she proceeded to check me in. After being harassed by the staff for my id after my husband had sll ready provided his i explained how mine was recently stolen. The following week i get a nock on my room door from bobbi and was wanting to inspect my room for no reason which was fine and it was to her satifaction. A hr later she knocks on my door again with a police officer asking for my id once again i explain how it was stolen but gave him my info. My husband was talking with the officer and bobbi and expressed how he feels he being treated like a criminal for paying cash and we have never even owed them any thing that we have done nothing wrong. The officer said the same thing that we had done nothing and to go about our day. The very next day my husband went to pay for more days and she bobbi said no sir im asking you to leave and im calling the cops so once again the cops came and watched us move out all for simply paying cash my children wete scared and worried why wewere asked to leave. I feel beening treated this way all cause i payed in cash with a agreement made by there staff is absoulty rude and inexceptable and i would like to disscuss this farther with ihg managment.
