Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Wondferful Experience Crowne Plaza Acapulco was an amazing hotel. The staff could not do enough for us. Fast, friendly and service. The cleanliess of the hotel was way beyond expectation. The room was nice and comfortable and the vew was amazing. The pools were well looked after,and plentiful. Location was perfect, close walking to bars and night life. I cant wait to return. February 24, 2013

For become a great experience in general all rooms should be renewed, mattress was to old, bathroom was too "used". I would recommend this hotel if you do not expect excellence. February 14, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by La mejor estancia en Acapulco que hemos tendido :) Un hotel muy bonito a precios accesibles, fuimos de luna de miel, de verdad descansamos mucho, la cama de nuestra habitación fue perfecta! y se disfruta mucho de la puesta del sol, el personal muy atento y siempre de buenas la limpieza fue excelente, los de seguridad son muy amables y respetuosos, las albercas muy agradables. Solo unos detallitos: en los balcones en vez de haber una silla podrían poner un camastro, la luz del balcón no sirvió, los elevadores tardan mucho, los ruidos de una habitación a otra se escuchan mucho, afortunadamente nuestros vecinos no fueron ruidosos y la mayor partedel tiempo no estamos en la habitación. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Wonderful Prelude to Acapulco We arrived in Acapulco one day early because of airline scheduling problems. We booked into the Crown Plaza and were presently surprised. This bayside hotel more than exceeeded our expectations. Although busy, the staff was warm and pleasant. We enjoyed the sunset over the Pacific and then ate in the restaurant overlooking the water. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced. The room rates through AAA were unbeatable for the Christmas season. In the future, we would even come earlier in the week so we could spend more time at this Crown Plaza. January 4, 2013
