Not up to the usual Crowne property standards

Property is run down and the bed was no where near the usual quality at a Crowne Plaza property.

Very Uncomfortable Bed.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was hard and sinks in the middle. Room Service trays stayed outside on the floor for the entire day. Smells from the trays were unpleasing as you walked down the hall. Coffee packet was already opened at the top of the packet.

Excellent Stay

Was here for business and had an excellent stay. Was greeted with an immediate room upgrade on check in. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional.

The room was spotless and very well furnished. The bathroom was one of the cleanest I have experienced.

If you are a plane enthusiast (I am) a river view room gives a phenomenal view of the landing and take off patterns of DCA.
