Three Day Stay for Conference

Nice Hotel, Old Building.

Real attempt at re-design, wild paint and carpets,

Rooms OK, some Parkette in rooms, beds are great.

Staff friendly, and helpful

Breakfast OK, a little cold, Bar not very professional for staffing.

Minibar concept at front dest cool IF they Have WATER at the Front Desk Minibar.

(there is nothing in your Minibar, just at front desk like Holiday Inn Express.............not so good.)

From the IHG guest questionnaire sheet you also filled out, I learned that you had difficulties to login to our wifi. Sorry to hear that, as we've recently upgraded our complete wifi system. We're always available to assist our guests with such issues. Sometimes it's just a little change in the settings of the device. For the convenience of our guests, we have emptied the minibar and offer a wider range of items at competitive prices, then we could ever place in a minibar. These are sold at our Grab & Go near the reception desk. Of course there should be water available there. Our apologies for this inconvenience. We always have water on stock, so we should have filled it up. We'll investigate what happened in the bar, during your stay to learn from it, as we always strive for great service. Excellent room and wonderful hotel staff

I used to stay an another hotel chain when I stayed for my business trip in Brussels. This time was for our pleasure trip to celebrate for my birthday so that my wife choose Crowne Plaza. How can I enough to applaud hotel staffs for their effort to give best service to hotel guests?
From the receptionists, house keeper to breakfast staffs...They are really cautious and friendly.
Beautiful room on the club floor.
I should suggest my company to change to Crowne Plaza as corporate hotel.
Thank you so much for everything and hope to come back to you soon.

Erstmals tut es mir sehr Leid, dass Sie, wegen ein technisches Problem, ein anderes Zimmer beziehen mussten. Auch moechte ich mich entschuldigen, dass bei Ihnen den Eindruck entstanden ist, dass wir uns nicht (genug) gekuemmert haben um ein, im ersten Zimmer, verlorenes persoenliches Gegenstand zurueck zu finden. Ich kan Ihnen versichern, dass das komplette Zimmer, ausgiebig durchsucht worden ist, aber leider ohne Erfolg. Es ist uns sehr wichtig um verlorene oder vergessene persoenliche Gegenstaende am Eigentuemer zurueck zu besorgen, da wir es als wichtigen Teil unsere Serviceleistung sehen. Ihre Bemerkungen bzg. der taegliche Reinigung des Zimmers wurde mit dem Reinigungsteam besprochen, um daraus zu lernen. Danke dafuer!
