My husband had a meeting here so we stayed for several a days. Staff and service were excellent. Hotel wonderfully clean. Food at restaurant on premises was outstanding! I had room service breakfast every morning - so luxurious. We can highly recommend this hotel for your visit to New Orleans.

My entire family, ranging in age from 5 to 72 had a wonderful time at Crowne Plaza, the rooms were excellent, service was great and dining was exceptional. I would stay again anytime I am in the New Orleans Kenner area.

We found the staff to be above any expectations - absolutely excellent. - The shuttle driver - the front desk - the Priority Club lounge - exceptional. I would recommend this facility to anyone at anytime without a moments hesitation.

My stay at the New Orleans - Airport CP was just fantastic. First, Ms. Porter, front office manager, responded to each of my emails promptly and helped make this stay an extremely pleasant experience. She personally made sure my stay was stress free.
Was recognized as a Platinum Priority member at check-in by Ashley...and my key was ready to go. Spacious and clean room.
While the food at the restaurant was good, the service was the best. Justin, the restaurant manager, made excellent recommendations and helped me choose a very nice wine to go along with my meal. He kept checking to see if i was enjoying my dinner. Richard, the waiter, was always there when needed...the staff really hustled.
Dinah in the Priority Lounge was perfect. Met everyone with a smile, a cheery "good morning", and the coffee was on my table immediately. Dinah even changed one of the several TVs to ESPN for me. ...without me asking!!! She started off everyone's day on the right foot. Very nice breakfast choices.
Had just experienced a dreadful stay at the HI Chateau Lemoyne, so I was stunned at the difference in professionalism and customer service. Because of that, I took note of every staff member that went above and beyond....it was a long list. Thank you, Ms. Porter and a truly brilliant staff. One of the best ever!

My flight had been delayed for 2 hours, and I did not check in to my room until after 1 am, but even at that time - the staff was acceptionally friendly and helpful! I'm fairly certain that I was upgraded to a suite, due to my priority club membership, which was sooo nice!! The room was beautiful, and the ammenities were also very nice! I had a great nights sleep, and a very nice breakfast in the Priority Club lounge the following morning! The pool area outside was very nice, but I was not able to use it because I had to leave early the next day. Super friendly staff, very nice facility, clean and comfortable!! Loved the little bottles of relazing lotions, sprays, etc provided - they worked like a charm!! That little extra touch was very nice to see!!!! 5 Stars!! The staff even offered to extend my checkout time by 2 hours, because my flight got in so late.

Stayed for a week and had to get a new key each day because neither key given would work. Room had no refrigerator or microwave. Drawers were warped and would not close completely. Bathroom accessories were loose. Very inconvenient for team travel since continental breakfast and internet was not free for all team members in group. Some team members had not acquired enough points to qualify for free service. This is not an issue for most places we stay. Travel representatives at hotel are very inflexible to work with. We will not return.

If you are a Priority Club member, make sure you stop by at the Priority Club lounge for breakfast while listening to the happy lady that runs the place signing all the time (as you read your free newspaper). Not to mention the easy and quick ride to the airport, literally, not even 10 minutes away.

Very nice for a nights stay before an early airplane trip. Ask about the Park-n-Fly rate. We paid a small fee on top of the room fee, and they let us park our car for that fee while we were gone. Very good experience!
The room was a little noisy, but hey, it's New Orleans, people came in at all hours. I am a light sleeper, so don't take it as a huge black mark.

The internet connection generally suffers and depends on the floor you are on and room location. The 'ibahn' connection on some days, drops out very often between say 17:30 and 22:00 hours and is slow. The 'crowne plaza' connection seems better but the speed is slow and cannot be really called "High Speed" !!
After 1 or 2 AM the speed becomes very good. Most of my work is therefore done after 1 PM!!
But the Staff is very very good and helpful.

To put it in a way everyone can understand it is I just stayed at this hotel for two months so I do know what I am talking about and when it comes to the front desk staff let me say, with them you are every-thing with out them you are nothing and the reason is every day I entered the lobby I was Greeted with a Smile and by NAME and good evening or goood morning. How was your Day Sir. This is a outstanding and well working family of employees. Very Professional very neat, communication skills are very clear and well understood. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this staff is going to be hard to beat. I wish, that I could take them with me and just drop them in place as that way I know, that my stay will be just outstanding. This review covers the complete front desk staff as I have seen them all at one point or another and no everyone gets to stay two months in one place to be able to see what I have seen Thank You Keep Up The Great Work You Are Doing.Hope to visit again soon. This was my first stay at this hotel but it certainly won't be my last. The staff were excellent, the fitness center is one of the best I've used at a hotel, and the room was comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone that would need a place to stay near Kenner or even New Orleans - it's only 20 minutes away by car.

Checked into the hotel late (~10:30pm), and the desk staff saw i was frazzled, gave me bottled water and drink coupons. The bartender poured a good drink, and was nice to talk with without being overbearing.
Concierge floor breakfast was good, and person attending was celebrating her birthday, and was really sweet about her plans..
Housekeeping was more efficient than was i when i left a jacket in the closet in my room; they arranged to have it sent to me.
Overall, an extremely pleasant experience. The hotel is lovely: a little edgy, very modern, and about 120% different than the original Holiday Inn. And better.

Make sure you stay for the Managers/Priority Club drinks and buffet! Wednesday it was mussels, crab claws, and lamb. Delish sandwiches...delciouso!
and.... Ms. Dinah in the morning does the breakfast buffet starting @ 0630 superbly!

This hotel has a very friendly staff that is always ready to help and say hi. The Priority Club level has nicely appointed rooms and a comfortable lounge, with breakfast and light snacks in the evening. The property appears to be very well maintained and is very clean. It's close proximity to the airport and downtown makes it my first choice when visiting the area.

We stayed there just before going on a cruise and left our car while cruising. We can honestly say that staying there for two nights before our cruise only lengthened an amazing vacation. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel like VIPs. The room was the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The workout room was well equipped, clean, and the perfect place to work out in the mornings. Breakfast at the restaurant was beyond expectations. And ALL of the personel did everything in their power to make ours the perfect stay. Needless to say, they were successful!
