I stay at this location because it is a 2 minute walk to my office. I have stayed in other locations and enjoyed my stay but this one is constant lets down. The rooms are either too hot or too cold. The rooms are very noisy and the food at the restaurant is horrible. If this was my only experience with Crowne Plaza I would never stay at one elsewhere. This location gives you a bad name. Someone from your company should stay to experience it to see if it’s in line with your quality standards.

On arrival, room was a bit cold and heating was not working, so got my room changed within 30 minutes, which was excellent I think. I found Hotel very good, bed very comfortable, can not complain about anything there and I'm usually very picky..

Everything was fairly nice. Quite a bit of noice during the night coming from other rooms, it looked like they were partying or arguing, ( there were many people). I think the hotel took care of problem, but it did interupt the night.

The hotel and room were great; very comfortable, clean and spacious. All the employees I came across were friendly. On my last night I left my cellphone in a taxi and the front desk staff were super helpful and Andrew, the front desk agent, managed to track down the driver and he brought my phone back to the hotel!!! I AM SO SO SO GRATEFUL! THANK YOU!
