The staff here is really great, they try to help you whenever possible and are always friendly, I would return just for the great service.
But the rooms really need some renovating, the bathroom in my room was terrible, the paint in the tub was pealing, chipped tiles, and the shower head wasn't very good, no counter space either for toiletries , so that would be my only negative. the bed was very comfortable. the room was very clean.

During my recent stay at this property, I was disappointed to see wallpaper peeling, the doors needing severe pairing due to all of the scuffs and marks on them, etc. I also complained twice on two separate days to the front desk that the air conditioning didn't seemed to be working (I could not get the temperature any lower than 23 degrees Celsius) without any resolution. My advice is that if you stay at this property, then stay out of room 330.
Note: I would have gladly posted pictures of the general run down look of room 330 but this website would not let me load any pictures before timing out.

The facilities were excellent at the Crowne Plaza Montreal Airport. We decided to stay at the location mainly for the pool and water slide for our 3 year old and 6 month year old children. We were happy with the room and enjoyed the hotel. What has prevented me from giving a high rating of 9-10 was the noise level from the hotel staff. Upon arrival I had asked if the hotel was busy and it was indicated that the hotel is less than half full which I thought would be great. Overnight beginning around 11 pm there was cleaning going on which consisted of vacuuming, moving furniture and banging. Having a 6 month year old and 3 year old in the room, it caused a disturbance that kept my children up much of the night along with myself and my wife to attend to the awake children. In the morning I had asked the front desk what was going on and if it was normal for cleaning to occur overnight by the hotel staff? Shockingly, the front desk employee indicated that yes, this is a normal occurrence because they have a lot of airline staff staying at the hotel and they check out during different hours in the day. I had expressed my disappointment and had indicated that the overnight cleaning had ruined our family nights sleep. A hotels main purpose is for sleep. This is something that the hotel failed upon in allowing hotel guests to have a quiet environment which is expected overnight for sleep. I was offered 1 breakfast which did not seem appropriate since I was a family of 4. I also had my brother and his son staying in a second room on the same floor. When I said no thank you to the 1 breakfast, I was offered, 1000 hotel points. I had asks what the 1000 points amounted to and whether it was more than $5.00. I was then offered a second voucher for another $1000 points which I respectfully declined. At this point I would have expected to speak with a manger or be compensated a horrible nights stay that could have been prevented by hotel management and cleaning staff. Our families have always enjoyed staying at Crowne Plaza and other larger hotel chains. When booking our next trip this week and in the future, the Crowne Plaza will likely not be our number one option. It is really unfortunate that something that could have been avoided ruined an otherwise great hotel experience.

On our stay, the hotel has 3 weeding at the same time... The pool was close. They send us to the next door hotel for the pool, and close too. Weeding make a lot of noise and we can't sleep. Bar closed (because of weeding#, restaurant closed #because of weeding). I tell the front desk many time but no change.
