The Crowne Plaza hotel Montreal provides the utmost comfort, as a staff (everyone from the front desk, lounge and restaurant) that is very interested in ensuring their guests have a wonderful experience. Forget This Hotel

Our check- in took close to a half hour as there was only one check in clerk who was busy with another check in guest and then he was unable to find my confirmation in the system even though I had the confirmation number and had it on my IHG app.

Upon entering the room, I found the toilet bowl filled with used toilet tissues. The room was 78 degrees and we were not able to cool it down.

There was one bathrobe for the two of us and no slippers. They called this the "Priority Floor" but there was no evidence of anything Priority.

When we left in the morning, we were asked how our stay was. When I responded with the information outlined above, all they said was: "and is there anything else"?
