Me and my boyfriend spent the a few nights at this hotel for multiple occasions, and each time it was a wonderful experience. Definitely will be going back.

comfortable room and great service

We attended a Holiday Party for my Company Employees and chose to spend the night rather than driving the 100 miles back home after cocktails, dinner, and drinks. The staff did a great job catering to our group's needs, and the event was a great success. This was the first time in over a decade we had used this hotel, and we were delighted with all the changes that had occurred since our last event.

Third Terrific Stay in 9 Months

This time, I stayed here for strictly business. My room had a television in the bathroom-how cool is that?
My compliments to all the front desk staff (both Ryans and Francesca, especially) for greeting me so warmly, arranging shuttle service for me to and from the hotel and sparing me the wiles of Boston traffic. Compliments to both shuttle drivers for their knowledge and for their ready availability-I'm sorry I missed their names.
The food was delicious at the Violet Thorn and breakfast on the 17th of a parfait was delicious-and the perfect light change of pace! (I think though the menus online should be updated, I like the food at the Pantry and Violet Thorn but the website doesn't match what's available presently.) The pillows were a little saggy, but, the room was incredibly comfortable, the roll-out desk was very helpful, there were abundant outlets, and the couch was an interesting touch, with the miniature desk.
I look forward to returning to this property again soon-I just hope the rates don't keep fluctuating.
