Always an excellent experience.

Have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel many times for the past couple years, each stay is as excellent as the last without falter. A very clean, modern and fully functioning room, with a very friendly and professional staff.

When we checked in Ryan was extremely helpful and signed us up for the reward program. Since we will plan to stay here when we visit our daughter at Walnut Hill School we were happy with this as we hope to save money in the future or perhaps enjoy an upgrade. As school teachers we are always looking for good value for our money; The Crowne Plaza is a good value for us. Thank you.
