Great stay after a long travel but...

After a long week and day traveling, I checked in the hotel. The receptionist was courteous and welcoming. The room was clean and nice. The only reason that I rated the stay lower is because when I checked my credit card for the billing, I was charged three times: one for the correct billing, one for random zero amount billing, and one for an absurd amount that I have no idea about. Called the hotel, had to wait for 6 minutes for the receptionist to confirmed the error amount, she transferred me to the billing department where I got a voice-mail stating that I need to send an email. So I ended up getting zero explanation to the incorrect charges. After a long travel, I do not want to deal with these kind of ordeals. It is frustrating.

Great Stay for Boston College

My only complaint was the aromatherapy, shampoo and conditioner. I loved the fresh soap. I hate it when the shampoo is too cologne like for men. The aromatherapy was the same and could have had more variety.

I specified a quiet room and was directed to the quietest end of the hotel which I will request in the future.

IT would be helpful for the staff to hand me a map of Boston college so I could direct the cab driver in the most efficient way to drive and arrive at my destination.

I look forward to staying in the hotel again. If I can be guaranteed a quiet room upon booking.
