Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Stay! Everyone was so helpful and they truly made my anniversary a wonderful stay! I will definitely be back! January 31, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay Hotel is located in good location, located around good restaurants with in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, warm and nicely furnished. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The bath is stock with everything needed. This hotel was great and will certainly return again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Training/Location Had to attend training with another Employee from our Company and the Crown Plaza was the obvious choice. Location is perfect and the staff is wonderful. With the Shopping mall across the street and the hotel shuttle available to get you there after classes all day is another plus. No worries about traffic or parking with that service! Manager's reception is also very nice, allows one to relax a bit and mingle with other guests as well! December 6, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value-Great Location I have stayed at this Crowne Plaza for several years. They are upgrading the rooms with flat panel tv's and a managers reception. This is hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I would definitely stay hear again. November 26, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not so good Indoor pool was cold, very cold. Internet was very slow. Could not even stream Hulu from the table. Billing issues after I called to confirm payment. Vending machine empty. Manager did try to be helpful. Gave me some free beers however the time you could get them was very limited. Was told free breakfast however only got a $7 voucher and of course breakfast was much more. Ohh and the Jacuzzi had low water. November 8, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay Hotel is clean, nice location and staff is awesome, friendly and helpful. WiFi available (but could use connection stability improvement). Has great restaurants with very good food. I recommend this hotel. October 28, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by feedback - room for improvement - internet was very slow (I appreciate that the internet was complimentary, but still slow) - AC was loud and seemed to have temperature changes drastically - there were no face towels available - television was outdated (in comparison to majority of hotels I stay where there is an flat panel / HD TV - reception bar was nice, but I would do without chips and salsa for a faster internet and better television - lady's at the front desk were very nice Why in the world do I have to enter a nickname when submitting this. That is an additional negative. October 23, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by affordable & nice We enjoyed our stay @ Crowne Plaza, the rooms were very nice & comfy, the kids loved the indoor pool & hottub. The front desk greeted us with friendly smiles and were very helpful with anything we needed. When we were at the pool with the kids one of the friendly staff asked how we were doing which was very sweet she was giving us suggestions for things to do in the area. Overall for the price it was well worth it. We would definatley recommend this hotel to others and come back again. October 18, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Old and Run Down Needs updating the TV didn't work, it should have been replaced about 20 years ago. Staff was friendly, room was clean October 17, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dark Hallways For a quick stop over it isn't a bad spot, but if you are planning to stay long I'd think twice. My wife was uncomfortable with the dark first floor hallways and the door to our room had a very loose security latch. Staff did not inform guests that the hours to the pool changed so they had to kick out guests who where in the pool and upset a lot of guests who had just checked in and were in the pool. Some staff members were helpful when approached with problems. October 15, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and pleasant Enjoyed the stay. Service road entrance to the hotel is confusing. Location is somewhat less desirable. Give extra points for staying here, since it is pricey. October 8, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Just a little weird I showed up for my reservation and found out I personally messed up with making my reservation. I made my reservation for a week earlier instead of my intended dates. I asked the Representative behind the counter if I was going to be charged for this stay even though I was clearly not in the room. She said there is nothing she could do about it and that I would be charged for that stay even though I wasn't there. While I will take all the credit for this, as I personally made the mistake and she didn't, I was just confused as there was no other avenues I could take. The hotel was no where near to maximum occupancy, so it wasn't like i was taking a room away from another client. I took a glance at the policies that I didn't know up and down which is also my fault. And I found out what she said was absolutely correct. I know rules are in place to be followed. I know there are times where these rules are bent a little when you learn more about your customer. I'm employed by a national retailer so I know all about people wanting handouts and trying to run the mill dry as they feel entitled to everything plus more. This isn't one of those situations. I'm by no means some guy that stays at the hotels every night of every month. I do stay enough though to have a pretty good history. I'm not looking for a handout here. I just wanted to bring this to somebodies attention. I just felt like there could of been more there to the interaction between myself and the Representative. I took ownership to my mistake that day as I did here. The interaction was just totally different from the others I've had at your locations all over the country. I felt like I was rushed along because she was afraid of the conversation that could ensue after. Sometimes a simple sorry could go a long way even though she didn't mean it. October 4, 2012
