Probably the most unpleasant week of my life

Hot sticky, things broken, dirty carpets, funny smell, sweaty stinking gym, deeply unpleasant hotel. Staff were nice though.

However, we are disappointed to read the other comments from your review. We did unfortunately experience a failure in our Air Conditioning for a 3 day period in March. This was caused by a burst pipe and is now remedied. The other comments have been shared with the leadership team as we continually try to improve our product and services.
