Cleanliness of the Bathroom

I truly enjoyed staying at Crown Plaza due to excellence services, security and best of all is the cleanliness of the bathroom and necessities provided in the bathroom. What I meant about the necessities are basically the emergency kits such as shaving cream/blade, tooth brush and paste, etc..

Overall, I enjoyed the service and had a good rest as well.

Everything appears very old and run down.
Staff are keen to help but lack proper training to do a good job

Back at the Crowne Plaza POM

This was the 16th stay at this hotel over a 7 year period. Obviously there are reasons why I come back, time after time. Staff at the hotel are friendly, knowledgeable and provide seamless service delivery.

The Crowne once more performed to expectations at the latest stay in October 2014. Positioning is central for my clientele, and I never feel apprehensive about bringing them to the hotel for a meal or a drink. I know that they will also enjoy the experience.

The hotel is older and in need of a facelift. Staff are generally good and will attend to your needs if asked.
Rooms are in need of repairs but serve the purpose for an overnight.
Restaurant pricing is a little high but the food is reasonable. The Rapala restaurant is good quality and has great service.
Pool area is run down and in need of a major upgrade.
