Not what I expected

Having stayed at other Crowne Plaza Hotels, I was unpleasantly surprised by this one.
Staff was not particularly helpful. For example, I had to get to a restaurant which wasn't on their list that the shuttle would have taken me to, but the person at the desk just showed me the list and showed no interest in seeing if my restaurant was close to one where they would transport guests to. She wrote down the phone number of the taxi company and told me to call myself. I had to wait to check in because there was a problem with another guest's reservation, and with only one person attending, it took way too long.
My room, 304, had no natural light and not enough lighting to compensate. It was stuffy, and I was not able to open a window to the interior courtyard it overlooked to get slightly more ventilation.
They have one shuttle for 2 hotels, which meant a wait to get picked up at the metro, to get to my meetings, and to get picked up from my meeting, which was too far of a walk.

I paid for the breakfast as part of my rate. Selection was good but the food was not very warm. I only ate the paid for breakfast 1 of 3 mornings. Would not pay for it during any futures stays. I think if the food was hot, I would have probably eaten it every morning.
