Too much airport noise for me. Cleaning service for room was lacking. Separate parking fee for guests???
I should not be paying the same price as a guest and as a Platinum Plus member.

Love staying here

We have stayed here a few times and we are very pleased with our experience. The staff has always been friendly and the rooms are very clean and nicley decorated. From the outside it doesn't look like much but you step in to a modern and updated hotel.

Very expensive.

My company booked this hotel - I can tell you that I wouldn't have had I been traveling for leisure. In this day and age for a hotel to not include a breakfast as a part of the stay is pretty ridiculous. There was a valiant attempt to make the room appear 'modern and cool' but it was a bit much. The TV remote was not programed correctly and one of the buttons didn't work. I left a note about it. The sink in the bathroom was 4 inches deep and water splashed up on the counter and on the floor. It looked nice but was not very functional. Over all the hotel was nice and the people working there were helpful but it is just flat out over priced.
