This was my third stay at the Hamilton and it has quickly become my new favorite DC hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you. From the time you check in until the time you check out, the treatment is superb. We tried the hotel restaurant this time for dinner and the food was fabulous. Equally fabulous was our service at dinner. Oscar, our server, was the best!
The only problem was this time our room was a little small for two people. But this is such a minor concern I almost hate mentioning it.
Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Hair pins and chocolate covered pretezel on the floor.
Confusing door hang tag.
No complimintary coffee in lobby.
Terrible cold coffee with bad service in restaurant.
Not given the rate arranged by my group.

Louis the concierge was wonderful! He booked our car reservation, tour reservation, dinner reservation, embassy information, and was most informative about the entire area and answered all questions we had. If he didn't have the answer - he got it! We also enjoyed the lead bartender (sorry don't have his name). I believe he may have been the supervisor. He was wonderful also. Our room was great, the staff was great and we recommend to all! Thanks so much! It was my Mother In Law's 80th Birthday Trip - and we had a GREAT time!

I stayed at this hotel, along with my three children, their three spouses and my six grandchildren (altogether 4 separate rooms); we were in Philadelphia for a family event. All 13 of us enjoyed our stay immensely--including the children who loved the pool, the location, and, most especially, the milk and cookies! The adults were grateful to the excellent bell staff and desk staff who kept chaos at bay and were unfailingly gracious. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth every penny? You bet!

There is a poor view of park due to a concrete rail in front of window.
Also noise from people in the park all night, police with sirens and loud speakers. These rooms should be cheaper not more expensive. Nice bar and restaurant. Nice location but that is about it, the rest is just average with very small rooms. My platinum elite status was never acknowledged.

We stayed in a suite on the 12th floor (an unexpected upgrade) and the sitting room and bedroom were lovely. Bed was comfy and the facilities were nice; room cleaning was unpredictable but our schedule was odd. We would definitely stay there again.
