Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Aging property First the positives: we used a reward night and were able to get an upgrade to a suite; also solid transportation both to and from airport. Negatives: when we went to our room, there was a tray of used room service dishes right outside the door; as we looked around we found vomit in the closet; they promised to move us right away, but it took more time than it should have. (when we walked by the original room the next morning, the tray of dishes was still sitting there.) Overall the property needs renovation - it's a nice facility, but aging. December 2, 2014

The interior lobby and more so the rooms need to be up-dated Everything is clean but old and wear and tear does show in room. There was NEW carpeting in our room but the rest of the decor did NOT match the carpet color or design. bathroom counter had a cigarette burn althout it was a non smoking room. Furniture and decor looks out-dated and tired. But as stated everything was clean and tidy. November 28, 2014

I asked to speak to her manager and she informed that she was the manager. I see why this hotel gets so many bad reviews! Will not be staying here again! November 27, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay at holiday inn 1. I was placed in a room with no windows. I indicated I was claustrophobic to which no relief was provided. I was told everything was sold out. I had come to the check in desk at least five times being told no room was cleaned yet. I would have presumed that there were multiple rooms available at that time 2. The carpeting was so soiled in the room that I would not take my shoes off 3. The room was so dimly lit- maybe to hid the soi In the carpeting?? 4. The heater did not work and I had to call maintenance.. November 25, 2014
