I was very impressed by the friendliess of the hotel staff, especially the front desk associates. We were greeted with a big smile and a very positive attitude. The manager was also very cordial and hospitable, especially during the manager's reception. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean and well maintained.
Staff was great.
Lounge was under construciton during visit.
Kuerig coffee in the room was nice
Hotel is right a bottom of exit ramp and easy to get to.
Pool was nice but no hot-tub
Workout room was good.

I have travelled quite a bit and have stayed in tons of hotels. My check in experience was one of the best ever! There was a rush so I needed to wait a few minutes longer but I watched the girl handle the customers with class. When it came my turn to check in, I was treated in the kindest, warmest way that I have ever experienced. I would return to that hotel again based only on the reception.

Rooms: Acceptable for a 3* hotel. Spacious rooms. Flat screen. Very good wifi.
Sleeping comfort: excellent.
Food & Beverage: the restaurant itself could use some renovation. The food is excellent at acceptable prices.
Staff: excellent ! The are pro-active, helpful and customer oriented.
Good value for money.
The hotel lobby was under renovation. However all efforts were done to keep the customers satisfied. Excellent service.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. It would be better if there wer a fridge and microwave. Restaurant was mediocre.
