Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JRO13_7 I really enjoyed my stay!
Overall, this hotel was awesome!.. and my room was gorgeous. The bed was crisp and clean... I had a nice view and an abundance of space. The bathroom was nice as well, central air and heating. I will be staying here again for sure. Also, this was a nice introduction for me into the holiday inn brand. I loved it

The first thing I noticed when walking into my room was the sound of the A/C unit. The fan was very loud. Since the temperature didn't justify leaving it on, I just shut the A/C off completely.
As I walked in I also noticed the door to the next room was wide open on my side. I didn't check the door on the other side, i just closed and locked it on my side.
Next I walked to the cabinet where the refrigerator is supposed to be... I opened the door and there was no refrigerator there at all. I contacted the front desk to let them know there was no fridge and asked if I could get one... I got a vague comment about housekeeping and thought I was being transferred or put on hold. I waited a minute and got a fast busy signal. I called the front desk back and the woman told me she would contact housekeeping and get back to me. Just a little too much attitude in he voice like I was bothering her to call back again. She nor housekeeping ever called back.
There was also a ton of people in the halls talking, people in rooms next door and across the hall that seemed like they were never taught about indoor voices. I stay in hotels a lot and it takes me a lot to complain but this was ridiculous. 2am, 3am etc. people talking loud, slamming doors, arguing. I contacted the front desk and they said they'd look into it. Since my A/C was off, I could hear pretty much everything. No one ever came up to investigate and if they did, they never said anything. The noise continued until about 3:45 when I finally got some peace.
Beds are full size in the rooms with 2 beds, ok for one person but suck for two. They're reasonably comfortable. Room wasn't cleaned well.
Will not go back.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by owent1 Nice hotel- bring your own breakfast
We stayed in this hotel so we could visit Vino Venue for a cooking class. It was in a great location and they provided shuttle service for us to and from the restaurant for free as long as we tipped the driver. I was disappointed in the breakfast plan. Many Holiday Inn's have great cinnamon rolls and sometimes bacon! For free!! Not at this location. Even though I am a gold member, no free breakfast for me! If I wanted bacon and cinnamon rolls it would have cost me $14.95. Not going to happen with a Burger King down the road that serves breakfast for $5. They did not even give us a water when we checked in. They did tell us that we could trade our IHG points for a coke.......
Nice stop over, don't expect any special treatment. I did ride the elevator with a couple that was provided free breakfast. Guess it depends on who you are??
