3 night stay March 17 - 20 Room #100
Day 1: Discovered dirty areas on white duvet cover.
Day 2 Part I: Upon arriving back to room late at night, found wet cleaning cloth on end table. Also, light was out in fixture above sofa. Also, bath rug still on floor.. Tells me bathroom floor was never cleaned.
Also discovered sticky substance in pathway of room and never cleaned up.
Day 2 Part II: Called front desk to alert about cleaning rag, lightbulb, bathmat…..so as not to happen again.
Security man answered at front desk, listened to concerns, then said we needed to talk to front desk mgr. This person never came to phone within 4-5 min.
After we hung up, security knocked on the door, which we did not answer due to time of night.
**Front desk mgr. should have left a message and allowed us to call back, NOT knocked on the door.
Day 3: Back in room at 6PM, found used washcloths and bath rug not exchanged. Plus light bulb not exchanged & still not working.
This property has serious bad issues thru the housekeeping manager and how the front desk operates in the evening wihout common courtesy.
I would suggest staying at any other hotel.
This was not a pleasant experience.

I've stayed here several times the last few weeks and look forward to chatting with the evening staff every week. Very personable and helpful! I spend more time working in hotel room than sleeping and the desk area is excellent (two tier desk).

This is a great Holiday Inn, it is ideal for business or personal travel. The food is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The service at the front desk is excellent!

on day of check out I asked the staff for a 30 minute leave way on check out and was told that there were no late checkouts available and if I did not check on all time I would have to pay.10 minutes before this a colleague of mine asked for the same leave way and was granted it. Why the partiality ???????

We come to this same hotel for our annual Bullshooter dart tourney and it has always been a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and the staff goes beyond to make sure we are happy. Would recommend the Holiday Inn at Chamblee Dunwoody Road for a great stay.

For the first three days the heating and cooling system was not working. However, upon check-in, we were notified of the malfunction. Since this was an issue, we should have received a discount, or been notified before check-in so another booking else-where could be arranged.
Housekeeping makes so much noise for most of the day. They hold conversations with each other when they are on opposite ends of the floor.
I noticed that night that the comforter had several dirty spots and was beige from uncleanliness. I called and they promptly brought me a clean comforter.

The stay was ok except for two things. Holiday Inn was supposed to provide a buffet for our convention group, but ran out of food within the first 15 minutes of the lunch hour. The lady who was apparently in charge appeared to be be conducting personal business and was not paying attention. After standing in line at an empty buffet for 10 minutes, I had to leave the line to go to notify her of what was going on. Due to the delay in getting the food, I missed dessert altogether since time time ran out for my lunch break.
Second, Holiday Inn added an additional $56 charge to my credit card. When I called the credit card company to dispute it, I was told it was a charge from 10 months ago. I was not even in Atlanta last year. After the credit card company called Holiday Inn, they admitted their error and are supposed to credit my account.

I have stayed here many times but since the new management things are more expensive. The regular bartender is great Megan but her relief is terrible. I think her name is Tiffany. I ordered burger and 25 minutes later it came back cold. She tends to ignore people at the bar. The new menu is so scaled down it is not worth eating there. As much as I don't want to I will be staying somewhere else. Probably the Crown Plaza if I'm going to pay those prices.

Upon check-in, sadly the clerk was confused and although it was confirmed that I had already paid for breakfast this was an issue throughout my visit.
I clearly had my beloved fur baby in my arms upon check-in and this was a facility that allowed fur family members this seemed to be an issue that was quickly resolved.
However, breakfast was not. I paid in advance and was given grief throughout my stay and was not provided the tickets at check-in and had to return to the desk both mornings for my tickets. Very irritating for our party.
The rooms were nice and spacious and beds quite comfy. Sadly, the neighborhood was a little off putting and not a lot of space for my baby to walk and do "her business". No trash bins near by to dispose of her "business" either.
The food was quite nice and I enjoyed the dining area. The staff was gracious and the lobby are quite lovely.
I would stay her again, but not turn cartwheels about doing so.
No perks for IHG members.

Front desk varied greatly in friendliness and helpfulness. Some basic items were out of stock in store (tylenol, advil). Had to ask for toilet paper just after room was serviced. Tub would not drain. Food in restaurant was mediocre.
Room was spacious and relatively clean and quiet. Broken elevator was fixed quickly. Good location. Banquet rooms were nice.

I love this hotel. They always remember me when I check in and allowed an early check-in so that I could change for my Basketball Game. Staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel is very clean and located close to a mall, restaurants, and highway. I will definitely stay here again!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by TJCrowe Worst Holiday Inn EVER !!!! What a nightmare. They offered another night free and we declined . My wife would have killed me before we stayed again.
Over the last few months it have stayed in several holiday inns from the US west coast to the US east coast and each one smelled terrible!!!! Each and every one smelled like they had a smoking party in each room. Each time they never had another room to offer and if they did they weren't willing to give them up for us move to.
Now our latest room was this nightmare in the Atlsnta area.
This room also smelled of cigaret smoke and thing weren't working right in the room as well.
The night time staff only offered a bottle of spray for me to use.

I stayed at this hotel Dec 24-30 and my 1st day there I was sick not due to hotel though. The staff showed great concern and called the perimedics for me and just showed care for my well being and I greatly appreciated that. Tami and all the van drivers should be commended for such great customer service. Over all after I started feeling better I enjoyed my stay but I must add the beds are a bit too soft.

I was grateful to find an affordable and beautiful place that would accommodate both my dog and I. I loved the environment but had a few weird interactions inside the hotel.
1. I checked in at 1am. The receptionist was all over the place in charging me for my hotel with the pet fee added. That took two receipts. This process took her 20 minutes, and I was very tired and wanted to go to sleep.
2. I got to my room and quickly got into bed. At around 1:45 when I had drifted off to sleep, my hotel phone rang. The receptionist was calling to see if everything in the room was alright. I politely said thank you, but it was annoying that she woke me up.
3. The pillows felt like square bricks and it was too late to request different ones, so I used them anyway.
4. The receptionist did not give me a breakfast coupon, so, next morning, I had to have the breakfast clerk call someone to make sure that I was indeed eligible for a free breakfast.
I would stay here again because of the pet accommodations, but I will definitely make sure that I don't have the same experience as my first time.

This was my second stay and have already made reservations for a future event. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly and cheerful. The location is close to Perimeter Mall off 285 which makes it a very convient location. Great quality for a very reasonable price!

OK, this is an old Holiday Inn that is trying to update. I can see that there has been a effort to update this hotel but it still needs a lot of work. Nail holes is walls where old things had been there before, cracked tiles. New shower head but had an old rusty ring that goes between it and the wall. I checked in on a night when I was moving my familiy from Colorado to Georgia. I got the goverment rate wich was great. I went to check in my family with my small 5 pound dog and they said that I had to pay a $75 pet fee. A fee not a deposit! So I basicaly has to pay for an entire room for my dog! I can understand it there had been problems in the past having damage from pets but make it a deposit not a fee. If had not been so tired I would have gone somewere else. I them had to call down to the dest because there were three people in my room and only 2 towels. The first towel they brought had whole the size of a golf ball and the second one had one the size of a marble. Service was good and the resurant was also good but these guys need to get their stuff together! I almost forgot to mention that the A/C was out in the entire building!

I enjoyed my stay at this property on last week. Being away from my family is not always so easy. The staff at this hotel was very welcoming and made you feel at home. They have really good food and comfortable beds! It was very hard getting up the next morning.

Breakfast was NOT included as per my confirmation. No house keeping for my room. When I called to inform the front desk I was told that the hotel was full and they couldn't get to everyone. Really!!?? Left a day early.

When I entered my room, it was very cold. I tried turning the heat on and it said it was on but was not working. I called for maintenance to come look at. They came and did something to it, it worked long enough for him to leave the room and shut off! Needless to say, it was a very uncomfortable three nights!

I stayed for an overnight trip before a meeting. I was able to seep well in the comfortable bed. The bar and restaurant were relaxing areas in the hotel as well.
I would stay here again, as it was convenient to the Interstate and a quick ride to my destination. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable about the area and where to go for good food outside the hotel.
