Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rude Service, Carpet Beetles, Bad Internet Connection My first room was infested with carpet beetles. Then the internet would not work. Then, after an asthma attack, I called room service and asked for just a fork, and I was given a huge attitude. Then, housekeeping ignored my privacy sign and banged on my door twice at 7:30 a.m. Rude, dirty, smells like smoke. April 30, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Broken bed and malfunctioning door keycards One of the beds was broken. The head of the bed was actually lower than the foot. If you sat on the foot of the bed, the head of the bed would pop up. We had to get 6 different keycards. Virtually everytime we left the room we would have to go to front desk and have new keycards made. April 29, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Engagement weekend I planned everything out for this weekend, i wanted it to be perfect but i regret to say it wasn't. The internet did not work either day i was there. I heard several people complain at the front desk, so i thought it wouldn't help to have another person complain and thought it might clear up eventually. It did not. We wanted to upload the pictures we took of our engagement but we were unable. Now onto the room, the bathroom door wouldn't close. When we did force it closed the lock wouldn't work. Not to mention the 3-4 inch gap at the top of the door. It looked as if the room was fixed in a hurry and care wasn't taken. You may want to make sure you don't have scam artists right outside your hotel, we were scammed a gentleman told us hed show us the way and he said he worked for the hotel. He did not tell us that it was a walking tour and also didnt mention the (VERY) steep price. Until we actually arrived at where we were going. We had a map and GPS so we could have found the coke museum since it was less than 10 mins walking. I wanted it to be perfect for my (now fiancee') but i was actually embarrassed about the hotel, it was not worth the price i paid. April 26, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Room and furnishings falling apart! Not worthy of the Brand! This property is old and our room and furnishings were badly worn and in complete disrepair. Laminate on the counter was peeling apart, old paint drippings all over the room including bathroom light, armoire door hinge broken, carpet badly worn, furniture should be thrown away and desk tops were scraped and gouged, stains in the tub and all flooring. Of course the TV had sound but no picture. We couldn't get out of there soon enough. We have stayed at many Holiday Inns and always been very pleased so we picked this one because it was close to the Aquarium. We were shocked! Do not stay at this property! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 1 night stay was ok Upon arrival in The ATL, I think it's important that Valet open the car doors for it's customers. Isn't that southern hospitality? Esp the driver even more so for the women and offer to remove luggage from car. Offer bell service . My arrival was less than stellar and disappointing. The front desk rep was very good. He accommodated my room request. Room service was prompt , however, the food: crispy chicken salad was overly cooked, dry, not edible. The room condition was fine. Need a shower cap for the bathroom Check out was easy Tracey is an excellent example of great, personable service. She was very helpful, friendly. The valet took care of us upon our exit. My experience was the best on check out than check in. Imagine that, better service leaving than coming in. Not acceptable but train your staff for consistency in excellent service. April 19, 2015
