Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very Poor Service - Staff was not very accommodating. The food in the "restaurant" (if you want to even call it that) was horrible. There was a bar there, but it was basically non existent, as it was never open the entire 4 days we were there. There was no hot tub. June 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nothing Like a Family Get Together My family was there for the wedding of a family member. Everything was extremely nice as was everybody. We had space to meet in the lounge and sit around and just enjoy each other. Our rooms were relatively close together which was very nice. Would not hesitate to recommend to someone visiting this area. June 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Stay Our recent stay in the Holiday Inn was for a family reunion, and we were pleased with the hospitality of the hotel personnel. They went out of their way to make sure we were cared for. On the other hand, portions of the hotel were under renovation and it made the area a little less appealing. Our room thermostat worked fine, but there was no happy medium between overly warm and too cold. Could not seem to get it regulated properly. It was only late in the evening that we discovered the toilet tissue was in short supply, and we resorted to using the Kleenex that were supplied before the night was over. June 23, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not trust Shuttle service, it never arrives Arrived in Dallas for a business meeting. Went to Shuttle location and attempted to call the hotel to arrange service. After waiting for over an hour and calling the hotel 10 times, yes I called 10 times. The hotel picked up one time out of ten to only put me on hold for over 7 minutes. After much frustration, I had to take a cab from the airport to the hotel, at my own cost for $40.00. Once I got to the hotel, the desk clerk, Michelle, was fabulous. However, the man working with her that evening, after I showing him my phone with the 10 unanswered calls, TWICE told me that I needed to tell them where to pick me up…. Serious, I just showed him the 10 unanswered calls. TWICE he told me that I needed to call. When asked if I would be reimbursed for the cab ride, I got lip service and no follow up. The restaurant was no better, service was horrible, understaffed, overpriced. Would never stay there again. June 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Modern, Comfy Beds, Clean, very friendly people. Recently stayed at 2 different Holiday Inns during the month of June 2015. Was very surprised. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Best sleep ever at both hotels when considering hotel room beds. Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff extremely polite. Didn't have in room safes, but I did use the front desk safety deposit box. I could access it any time 24/7. I've stayed in lots of 5 star expensive hotels and these two Holiday Inns were just as nice but not as costly. June 20, 2015
