The rooms and beds could use some updating or even remodeling to include more comfortable beds and pillows. My overall experience at this hotel is good and would recommend it. November 16, 2014

Last week my husband was taken to Billings under emergency heart conditions and we needed a very last minute place to stay for 5 days while he underwent surgery and recovery. Travis at the front desk could not be more accommodating and helpful. He was very thoughtful and did everything he could to make a rather unpleasant experience better with what we were dealing with. We had a beautiful room that was very comfortable. Thank you very much to the staff -very thoughtful, pleasant and always had as mile on their faces. November 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Needs updating Staff was excellent, room was clean. The rooms do need some updating as they have been well used. If furniture, carpet, etc was updated this would be a great hotel, as is it is more average. They are pet friendly which is a bonus. I would stay there again if travelling with my pet but may stay somewhere else if travelling alone. November 10, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay elsewhere, you'll be glad you did. I am a IHG Platinum member and have stayed at many IHG hotels (mostly Holiday Inn Express) and was on a 5,000 mile road trip. This hotel dates back to the late 60's and it shows. Low ceilings, narrow halls are something that can't be helped do to the nature of the building but dim lighting, black mold under the bathroom faucet and candy left on the carpet can. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant. Food was good, not great, but I was tired and happy not to go out again. Had breakfast the next morning again "in house", had the buffet. At best this was a $6 meal, and Im being generous with that statement. I was charged $14 plus tax. The food is EXACTLY the same as you get for FREE at any Holiday Inn Express. It was laid out nicely but was the same stuff. Voiced my displeasure to the supervisor and she deducted $4 from my bill. At $10 I could have had a far superior meal at a nearby Denny's, wish I had. On a positive note, the bed was quite good, slept very well however, between the old bldg, dim lighting, suspect housekeeping and overpriced food - stay at a Holiday Inn Express, or somewhere else entirely. There are lots of better options, you'll be glad you did. November 9, 2014
