Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stressful Dat met with Relief! I had missed the last ferry out of Bridgeport for the night and was warned not to stay downtown. I took the chance that this would be a good experience and I am so glad I did. From check-in to check out they were great. The only glitch for me was no microwave to heat up dietary restricted dinner. Other than that - the stay was excellent. No more rushing to make the ferry I have a great place to stay and start the rest of my trip relaxed the next day - totally saved my Thanksgiving break! November 27, 2015

They were also able to answer all of my questions and direct me to the services I required. The room was comfortable and clean, but there was a lot of noise from the hallway outside the room that I could hear. Other than that I was very satisfied with my stay. November 23, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Service Had night scheduled on Aug 23, 2015 and my wife ended up in the hospital for several days. I was not actually thinking about hotel reservations at this time but more of my wife's health issues. I was charged for the night as per hotel policy. I called a few weeks later and spoke with a desk attendant who assured me that we would be credited for the night because of the situation. I was never credited. A week or two later I spoke with another individual who told me he would check with the manager about this situation and call me back. Never heard back from him. When I called back he answered and I reminded him of the situation and he forwarded me to the managers voice mail. I left voice mail for this woman and she couldn't be bothered to respond. I have been a holiday inn priority club member since the 1990's and that is now in question due to their lack of customer care. If this is how Holiday inn chooses to handle their long term customers, then maybe it's time to move on November 3, 2015
