Hotel was very efficient, the staff very accommodating and I would recommend this hotel.

Until this visit I was not aware that Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express had different policies.
The Brunswick visit seemed overpriced as it did not include breakfast.
We had to go to the restaurant, wait for our order to be taken, wait for meal to be delivered, wait for the bill and then wait while the server processed our bill.

The lobby was under construction/renovation but overall a very nice property with an above average steak house restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was convenient to 95. Only drawback was the internet service, which went in and out for two hours before I switched to my own access.

Holiday Inn has never let me down. My stay in Brunswick was no exception. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was in the process of being remodeled, but even under construction everything still went as smoothly as always. I would rather stay at a Holiday Inn under construction than any other hotel.

Great location, great lobby area, building in good condition. Attached Millhouse Restaurant is excellent for food, service and a lively, friendly bar.
I have stayed here 5/6 times over the last several years and it never disappoints.

I enjoyed the hotel stay. My only issue was that no final bill was put under my door. Upon check out I asked for a final bill and was told that there was no one to provide me with one and a bill will later on be e-mailed to me. No bill was ever e-mailed. I had contacted the hotel again on Monday 3/9 and agin gave my e-mail address and asked for a final bill to be sent. As of today, 3/11 I am still waiting for a final bill to be e-mailed to me. In addition, allthough I am usually provided with a bag of goodies upon check in to one of your hotels, none was provided upon check in. The hotel was clean and everyone was extra helpful and nice during the stay. Thank you.

Every year on our way to and from Florida, we stay at the Holiday Inn in Beckley, West Virginia and Brunswick, Georgia. Both hotels are clean, have great dining facilities either in the hotel itself or nearby and have pleasant and efficient staff. On Saturday, Feb. 29th we again stayed at the Brunswick location only to discover shortly after we went to bed that a snorer (and I mean SNORER!!!) was located in the room next to ours. What a poor nights sleep we had!!! When I mentioned it to the checkout person, he seemed indifferent...kind of too bad type of attitude. They are currently undergoing renovations there. I hope they make their rooms more soundproof to avoid this in the future. JJ
