Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice greeting staff, decent price, poor room maintenance The room had an old look to it, but had a decent size. The mattress and Pillows were very comfortable and the room was very dark at night. However, the towels and sheets did not get changed regularly, I did not get coffee or water for the Keurig for days in a row, on the Sunday I left the room for 6.5 hours (9AM to 3:30PM) and the room hadn't been cleaned yet. The breakfast restaurant is hit and miss : some mornings it is very efficient (usually when there is a buffet laid out), on others took 45 minutes to get a bowl of oatmeal. The internet was definitely an issue during our stay. The hotel was full and the connection was not made for the capacity of the hotel: I could not even send an email. January 25, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Smoking rooms? A colleague and I had both booked rooms here while in the area on a business trip. For some reason, we were both assigned smoking rooms. Really? Smoking rooms, in this day and age? I stay at a LOT of hotels, with about 90% of them being from the IHG line. I have not seen a smoking room anywhere in years, yet we were both given them. The rooms absolutely stank. We both went back to the desk and changed for non-smoking rooms. His was fine, however mine smelled like it had just recently been converted to non-smoking. As for the rooms themselves, the bathroom counters were old and stained, the shower heads at chest height, and the Heater/AC units would not be able to maintain a set temperature unless you use a divining rod and sacrifice a chicken. It was a disappointing experience, and certainly not worth the price paid. This hotel is in DIRE need of renovations. December 29, 2015

Staff made errors I have not experienced at any other Holiday Inn. Errors were fixed without issue, however there always seemed to be something that made the stay less than excellent December 26, 2015
